Looks like NFL.com haven't done theirs yet, so I'll go with what's on the Blogger
The Indianapolis Colts have declared PK Adam Vinatieri, DL Antonio Johnson, RB Chad Simpson, LB Clint Session, DL Dwight Freeney, FB Gijon Robinson, CB Jerraud Powers, OT Ryan Diem inactive for Week 17.
Our view: The Colts will treat this week as a preseason game. Most of the starters will play only a series or two.
The Buffalo Bills have declared OT Andre Ramsey, LB Ashlee Palmer, FS Bryan Scott, OL Jonathan Scott, WR Josh Reed, LB Nic Harris, WR Steve Johnson, QB Trent Edwards inactive for Week 17.
The New Orleans Saints have declared FS Darren Sharper, TE David Thomas, QB Drew Brees, WR Lance Moore, RB Pierre Thomas, LB Scott Shanle, DL Sedrick Ellis, FS Usama Young inactive for Week 17.
Our view: The Saints will rest a host of starters today. Mark Brunell starts for Drew Brees. Mike Bell should get the bulk of the carries with Pierre Thomas down. It's unlikely that Jeremy Shockey will see much, if any, playing time. Jonathan Vilma may also sit despite not being on the inactive list.
The Carolina Panthers have declared CB C.J. Wilson, RB DeAngelo Williams, DL Derek Landri, LB Hilee Taylor, QB Hunter Cantwell, LB Mortty Ivy, OT Rob Petitti, RB Tyrell Sutton inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Another week as the primary ballcarrier for Jonathan Stewart. He's a great start against a New Orleans team who's inactivated much of their team this week.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have declared C Cecil Newton, DL Julius Williams, CB Kennard Cox, TE Marcedes Lewis, OL Paul McQuistan, CB Rashean Mathis, WR Torry Holt, OT Tra Thomas inactive for Week 17.
The Cleveland Browns have declared WR Brian Robiskie, CB Coye Francies, CB Gerard Lawson, TE Greg Estandia, OT John St. Clair, DL Kenyon Coleman, LB Titus Brown, DL Titus Adams inactive for Week 17.
The Chicago Bears have declared FS Al Afalava, QB Brett Basanez, FS Danieal Manning, OL James Marten, WR Johnny Knox, OG Lance Louis, DL Matt Toeaina, P Richmond McGee inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Devin Hester is active today; Devin Aromashodu will see snaps in rotation behind Hester and Earl Bennett.
The Detroit Lions have declared CB Brian Witherspoon, RB Cedric Peerman, OT Corey Hilliard, C Dan Gerberry, DL Joe Cohen, LB Larry Foote, QB Patrick Ramsey, OG Roy Schuening inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Daunte Culpepper starts at QB this week.
The New England Patriots have declared RB Kevin Faulk, RB Laurence Maroney, CB Leigh Bodden, OG Richard Ohrnberger, C Ryan Wendell, CB Terrence Wheatley, DL Ty Warren, DL Vince Wilfork inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Some precautionary situations here, including Maroney, who was a late week add to the injury report. The Pats have said they'll play their offensive starters, but the flow of the game and the whims of Bill Belichick makes anything possible here
The Houston Texans have declared RB Chris J. Henry, QB Dan Orlovsky, OT Ephraim Salaam, DL Frank Okam, WR Glenn Martinez, CB Mark Parson, DL Tim Jamison, OG Tutan Reyes inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Arian Foster will start for Houston today.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have declared DL Brett Keisel, QB Charlie Batch, WR Joey Galloway, OG Kraig Urbik, DL Ra'shon Harris, OT Tony Hills, CB Trae Williams, SS Troy Polamalu inactive for Week 17.
The Miami Dolphins have declared OT Andrew Hartline, OT Andrew Gardner, CB Evan Oglesby, DL Ikaika Alama-Francis, DL Lionel Dotson, WR Patrick Turner, DL Ryan Baker, QB Tyler Thigpen inactive for Week 17.
The New York Giants have declared DL Chris Canty, CB Corey Webster, OT Kareem McKenzie, WR Mario Manningham, QB Rhett Bomar, OG Rich Seubert, TE Scott Chandler, SS Sha'reff Rashad inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Ahmad Bradshaw is active today, but it's difficult to trust him with the news that he has broken bones in both feet. Expect Gantrell Johnson to see more time, but none of the Giants' backs are great bets against the Minnesota front.
The Minnesota Vikings have declared TE Garrett Mills, WR Jaymar Johnson, DL Jayme Mitchell, LB Jeremy Leman, DL Jimmy Kennedy, C Jon Cooper, CB Karl Paymah, QB Sage Rosenfels inactive for Week 17.
The San Francisco 49ers have declared WR Brandon Jones, C Cody Wallace, DL Derek Walker, LB Diyral Briggs, PK Joe Nedney, OT Joe Staley, CB Nate Clements, QB Nate Davis inactive for Week 17.
The St. Louis Rams have declared DL James Wyche, OT Jason Smith, DL Leonard Little, C Mark Setterstrom, QB Mike Reilly, CB Quincy Butler, OT Ryan McKee, RB Samkon Gado inactive for Week 17.
Our view: Stephen Jackson refuses to call it a season. He's active and presumably starting and playing his usual role today.
The Atlanta Falcons have declared SS Charlie Peprah, DL Jamaal Anderson, QB John Parker Wilson, RB Michael Turner, PK Steven Hauschka, DL Thomas Johnson, WR Troy Bergeron, FB Verron Haynes inactive for Week 17.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have declared RB Derrick Ward, SS DeVon Hall, OL James Lee, WR Mario Urrutia, WR Mark Bradley, QB Rudy Carpenter, TE Ryan Purvis, WR Terrence Nunn inactive for Week 17.
