For those who still play in week 17. I think the Chargers need to win next week and they play LT2 until the game is in hand like they have the last two weeks. They need to get the 3rd position overall because:

1- Home field over Pittsburgh.

2- Avoid New England in the second round.

3- And most of all, avoid Jacksonville in the first round.

I'm keeping LT2 in the game and, if things turn out like the last two games, wonder if Turner might be a play as well. 100 yards and a TD in the first half for LT2 and the same for Turner in the second half seems about right against Oakland.

What if Pittsburgh loses earlier in the day?

I know the schedule got all rearranged because of the Sunday night flex game, but, right now NFL.com has both games as late games.

(KFFL) Updating a previous item, The Associated Press reports San Diego Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson (hamstring) felt his hamstring grab on his last carry during the team's Week 16 game and was checked by a team trainer. Tomlinson, however, said he could have returned to the game. "I was going to go back in because it was OK," Tomlinson said. "I just needed to play to stretch it out. Norv told me to come back and that I was done."

LT2 should play long enough to secure that seed and earn the rushing title if it's in jeopardy. I don't think the Raiders will put up much of a fight, so that could be a half of work.
