Schefter reporting Ray Rice won't play. Bernard Pierce definitely worth starting today in my opinion. RB2 upside and at least a strong flex.

Especially if Cincy rests their starters on defense which you would assume they will when they see no Flacco, no Rice and no Torrey Smith, etc.

I currently have Ryan, Julio, and Gonzo starting. I am also starting to panic.

I have Julio slotted in currently so my kool aid goggles are not super pure. I am sitting Ryan for Russel Wilson. Here is a scenario l am hoping will occur: Atlanta knows they play out rest of games at home. They play this game at home. The most impactful play they have on offense? Deep out to Julio. Is this a golden opportunity for Ryan and Julio to work on the deep out? Hell yes. Roddy should play one snap to keep his game streak alive and atl should focus the first half on their best playmaker combo imo.

Cincy already reported that they will play starters and to win so we'll see.

I will see how many defensive players are inactive on the def side of cincy. Luckily it is a noon game. Teams generally keep their o line unit intact to stay sharp. If l see some key cincy run stoppers getting the day off then hello mr pierce for probly mccoy.

My only option is to start Vick over Ryan, but I can't pull the trigger. Still undecided ...

Ray Rice sitting...Stubbornly keeping Pierce rostered (handcuff for Rice since week 4; redraft) may finally pay-off for me.

Rice is active and will play "a series or two" according to Schefter. I don't think this downgrades Pierce too much. He should still get a healthy number of touches.

I ended up sitting Ryan - don't like my other QB options but the lack of news has me concerned. So this will mean he will pay 3 quarters and put up 400/4/0.
