Week 2 Bragging Thread (1 Viewer)

Started Stafford everywhere.

Started Best everywhere I had him.

Started Burleson in all my PPR leagues (except for the one where I played against him).

In one league, started Stafford, Best, Megatron, Burleson, kicker Hanson and the Lions D.

Darius Moore. Spent my entire year's bidding bucks on him in 13 different PPR dynasty leagues. He has already proven he's worth every penny. :bowtie:

 
VJax was amazing today. So was McFadden. Took a few losses today, but one team I had was pretty awesome: Big Ben, AP, Hillis, VJax, Marshall, Hernandez, and Britt was my flex.

 
In my auction league I had Rodgers, Stafford, Eric Decker and Gronkowski. It was a good day. Decker and Gronk just make me smile. :D

Oh, I won my keeper league game with Britt and Nelson on my bench!

All but 2 players got over 15 pts today. Arian Foster and Gaffney. Stafford, Gronk, Wallace, Blount, Mathews leaving me very happy.

 
In a redraft I have FJax, McCoy, AP and Forte for RB...only have 2 RB and 1 flex spot...also got D Moore there and Stafford. Need to trade a RB to get a stud WR

 
Went up against Miles Austin and Drew Brees today. And it didn't even matter.

Stafford Hillis McFadden AJohnson Marshall ...

 
Scored 147 today (a good score in this league is 100) with Matt Ryan, Turner, Fred Jackson, Andre Johnson, Steve Smith, etc.

Beat my opponent 147-139; his score of 139 is the most points ever scored in a loss in our league. :excited:

Best all-around weekend of FF ever for me. Doubled up my opponent 176-84 in a league where breaking 100 usually means a win. Every position player scored at least 2 TDs. My late roster change, inserting Eric Decker for an injured Brandon Lloyd came up big, too. Today's lineup:

QB - T. Romo, DAL (25)

RB - D. McFadden, OAK (24)

RB - L. McCoy, PHI (23)

WR - M. Austin, DAL (32)

WR - E. Decker, DEN (21)

TE - R. Gronkowski, NE (20)

DT - DET (19)

PK - M. Crosby, GB (12)

Of course, my bench also chipped in just for the hell of it, with Fred Jackson's 25 points and Beanie Wells' 15 points.

 
Eric Decker (and I had A.J. Green on the bench too). Still down 9.96 cuz of ####### Maclin, but have Nicks or Gibson (if Nicks can't go) and Pierre-Paul. I'm hoping they can combine for 10 pts. :fingerscrossed:

 
Not one to brag too often, but I thought I was dead in the water this week and somehow managed to come back. In the early games, I had Jahvid Best, Santana Moss, and the Washington defense against eight of his guys. After the first games, I was down 152 to 50. Best and Moss had good games, but his players including Mcfadden, the Jets D, Mike Wallace, etc. had put up enough points to have been the top scoring team in the league last week...and he had Henne and Jason Witten left to play.

After the first half of the second set of games, I was still down by about 70 points.

Then, the skies open and Vincent Jackson puts up 41 points, Tony Romo comes back from getting hurt and gets me 26, and somehow by the end of those games, I was only down by 26 points with McCoy and Manningham left to play.

Last night, McCoy got me 27 and I'm up by one with Manningham still left to play.

 
Being tied in my match up before the Eagles/Falcons game. He had J. Jones, and I had Maclin. Needless to say, I'm 2-0.

Sitting on Denarius Moore & Eric Decker in my dynasty league where WR's are like gold (1pt/5 rec yds, can start 4). I'm losing this week since I didn't have the stones to start either one, but I'm pumped to have them on my roster.

 
With that last Nicks catch for TD, I am up 100 pts on my opp. 211 to 111. He has Bradshaw and NYG; I have Nicks. I need 11 more to double his score :) :pickle:

I was down 3 with 6 minutes to go in the Sunday night game against my biggest rival ("Bicycle Seat Sniffer" lol) in our biggest league. I had Turner, he had McCoy and Philly D. We always place a little a little something on the side for fun.

Well needless to say Turner broke off the 60 yarder to put me up 1, and then scored a TD shortly later to put me up. The score was also huge because it put up 35 and took his defense to -3 points. Ended up winning by 9, but was close as McCoy still had a drive after that, if you recall the game.

Was a fantasy classic in my biggest rivalry, so had to share in the only thread I could.

This was also after being bashed for trading Vick away to play Stafford. Got Mendy for Vick in a TD heavy league.

 
I have Austin, Shady McCoy, FJax, and Mendenhall and all 4 delivered for me. Too bad I sold high on FJax and sent him packing.
