Status?
Good luck getting any info from New England.
From cbssportsline:News: Patriots RB Corey Dillon rushed for 80 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries in Week 3 vs. the Jets. The Patriots won 24-17, but Dillon was not there to celebrate with the team after the game. With less than two minutes to go, Dillon left the game with an appearent leg injury and Patriots personnel blocked cameras from getting a look at Dillon being worked on. Analysis: The extent of Dillon's injury is unknown and his true status might not be revealed until the Friday before Week 3's game vs. Denver. Keep Dillon reserved until further injury news is made public.

I think it was a shoulder injury. And he did walk off the field on his own power.

Yes it certainly appeared to be a shoulder injury.

Cobbs suffered ankle sprain

Published Mon Sep 18 10:37:00 a.m. ET 2006

(Rotoworld) Cedric Cobbs suffered a bad ankle sprain in the Broncos' game Sunday.

Impact: Cobbs was injured when he fumbled a kickoff in overtime. He can be dropped in most re-draft leagues if the injury keeps him out more than a few games. Damien Nash might get called up from the practice squad.

I read Vinateri left the Indy game early. Anyone know why?
Groin injury. Hunter "the Punter" Smith attempted the last extra point and failed to convert.
Is it serious? Crap, he's my only kicker.

Vinatieri converted three field goals and four PATs and delivered six kickoffs before relinquishing his duties to punter Hunter Smith. "Adam had a groin that just kept getting sorer and sorer as we went,'' Dungy said. "Hopefully he'll be OK next week.''

Vinatieri, who overcame an injury to his left foot during the preseason, downplayed the injury.

"I'll be all right,'' he said. "Just making sure we're staying healthy.''

2-12-CLE 29 (11:47) R.Droughns left tackle to CLV 39 for 10 yards (L.Johnson; D.Pollack). {D.Pollack (CIN#99) injured on the play}
Neck injury, carried off field on stretcher.
He's done for the year per Marvin's press conference. He's in a protective HALO and due to be released from the hospital today, but it was stressed that he did not damage his spinal cord.
