Week 6 Venting Thread (1 Viewer)

How many reasons did I find to bench Derek Anderson, including FBG's advice? :confused:

And when will I learn to go with my gut? :wall: Maybe next week . . .

 
so i go into the this season with vince young, adrian peterson (minn) stephen Jackson, Laurence maroney, A boldin, Calvin Johnson,

get bulger instead of brady at the draft... also pick james jones and vincent jackson.... and 1-5.... maroney and boldin better come back...maybe boldin can play qb for the cards...

McNabb, and he did well enough. I'm too influenced by all the gloom and doom prophecies re: Anderson; every week he's going to screw up and get benched. And Philly was playing NYJ, so 6 of one, half-dozen . . . you know the drill.
 
Strange to vent about LT but I've lost 4 games in 2 leagues by small margins on LT's 2 worst weeks, not what you want from the #1 pick. And today I am playing a top 3 team in both leagues, he goes off. And I'd have won both my games this weekend EVEN WITHOUT LT's POINTS!

 
Burleson being out of bounds for his "TD" and stupid Payton not challenging it. LJ, Eric, Johnson, Thomas Jones and JAX all getting their high scores of the season and Burleson only being 1 pt off his high vs my team with Portis, Barber, NE, and Kaeding all scoring well below their averages. :fishing: :fishing: :rant:

 
In a PPR league, thought I got a deal by trading ADP and Bowe for R.Moss. I can start 3 WRs and 1 RB...then boom, ADP explodes. I'm second highest point scorer and lose this week by 3 pts.

Signs were all good before sunday... i was playing my arch rival in my dynasty league... his team is crap and Peyton was on a bye so i thought that would be a nice win... yeah... what a moron i am...

Even with ADP lighting it up big time i wasn't able to pull out a win... instead i get spanked big time...

Thanks Ahman Green for ridiculously 44 yards

Thanks to my friggin WR corps for a combined 4 points or so... (Jennings, Coles, VJackson)

And my arch rivals team is having a career day... Wes Welker, David Garrard, MJD, Jason Campbell, LenDale... :hot:

Now i am stuck with 1-5 :angry:

Yea, McNabb against the NYJ isn't a bad start. I can see that one.
 
I go into last nights game needing 21 points to win. I feel like I have a fair chance because I've got Alexander and Shockey yet to play. What the hell, did the Seattle realize they had a football game last night. Thanks for my 35 yards Shaun, I'm sure Shockey won't mind picking up 18 points tonite!

Doesn't sound like much of a rivalry! Just messing with you - You had some tough breaks.
 
i'm not convinced that berrian's toe is healed. i am going to start james jones as he will be the only gb wr open.....he caught a bomb for a TD!!! woohoo!!!! what...holding penalty

 
So you're saying trading away Reggie Bush and Houshmansilly for Sjax and MMuhammad is a bad deal? What? Sjax is hurt?

 
Amani Toomer anyone?? dude had ZERO catches last week... of course, this week, when I am playing against him in about 6 leagues, he goes off :confused:

 
Toomer jobbed me this week too. I figured they'd feed him the ball to get that record, but the TD? That was the final nail.
