Week 7 Buy Low - Sell High (1 Viewer)

Would you deal Allen for a legit Buy Low like Juilo? Or would it take more than Allen? Redraft League, thinking of making an offer.
Would I deal Allen to receive Julio? Yes.

Would I send additional assets along with Allen? Yes... depending on what those were.

I think it would take more than Allen. Both are in similar circumstances right now.

How about Keenan Allen as a buy low? Hasn't scored much yet and was quiet against Oakland
As a point of reference, K. Allen just got moved for McKinnon in my league, half point PPR. Team receiving McKinnon lost Elliot to suspension and Cook a couple of weeks ago, so they were a pretty RB needy (other rostered RBs are Lamar Miller, McFadden and Ellington).

Trying to get J. Jones for T. Hill and A. Abdullah.

Julio with bye behind him, AA with bye this week.

Julio facing NE and NYJ the next two weeks and Quinn is saying Julio needs more touches.

This is the buy low Julio moment. Positive regression coming. May include D. Henry as well to push this over.

To me Reed is an obvious sell low. If you can get anything for him take it. The guys is done with his bye, still hurt (guy was born on the PUP list) and is on pace for 645 yards and 0 TDs...assuming he can even stay on the field. Vernon Davis is the guy to buy.
This is what I'm thinking as well.

The Cooper owner in one of my leagues basically sent up a beacon a couple weeks ago begging for offers... I didn't really have any worthy stash to throw his way.

At any rate I think it just reminds of the value of making the occasional offer.

Are there any other players out there who might fit that Cooper mold of high to highish picks who are languishing on rosters and frustrating owners but who might see an uptick?

I don't know if Cooper will really pan out for the rest of the year (something about KC's use of man coverage makes me think that might be more of a blip...) but if a Jeffery or Bryant or Forte/Powell was traded for him then that was probably worth it.

Trying to see if a 2-4 owner is desperate, has an under performing Juilo Jones and no WR depth. Offered Keenan Allen and Martavis Bryant for him.

Maybe it's been said, but I think Keenan Allen, Julio Jones & Doug Baldwin might also fall in this category.
I like the Baldwin call. Has been a bit sleepy yesterday and SEA notoriously tears it up 2nd half of the season.

Looking at SEA's schedule...my word. Gorgeous outside of a week 14 meeting with JAX. Loading up on Baldwin, Wilson, and whoever emerges in that backfield could be a league winning strategy.

Cooper owner here.  I actually offered him and Powell for Allen and was denied.

Just got Michael Thomas last night for Fitz + Parker.

Detroit Lions defense

They are on a bye this week and play Pittsburgh next week so they won't be any cheaper than they are now and are probably available on your WW.  And while I don'the expect them to average a defensive TD per game (as they are now) over the back half of the year, I do think they will be a top five defense given their talent and schedule of:

at GB

Cle

at Chi

Minn

at Bal

at TB

Chi

at Cinci

GB

As always, just my opinion.

Thinking S. Diggs if you can wait out the injury.
He doesn't seem like the kind of guy that bounces back from injuries well.  This is EXACTLY the same thing he did each of the previous two years.  Huge first 4 games, picks up an injury, meh the rest of the year.

why would anyone sell low on Jordan Reed and sell high on McKinnon?!?!

Reed is a huge bounce-back candidate, McKinnon is the #1 RB on a run heavy Vikings team..I just dont get why people would think he's a sell high..if anything, he's a buy high.

He' flashed before and then petered out. Also gets hurt a lot. I'm not saying I predict that for him this year. Like you said, he is in a very good situation and he definitely has talent. But I can see why some people are looking to sell while his value is high.

Buy Low - Andy Dalton.

Since the OC switch (3 games)

68/93 826 7:2; 8.9 YPA.  and the 2 INT’s were more AJ’s fault than Dalton’s.

Chance to be this years Stafford/Jim Bob Cooter offensive turnaround story.

Just traded Keenan Allen and Martavis Bryant for Juilo Jones. Pretty much the offer I was trying to make since last week, a lot of haggling went on for a awhile.

Hace an offer on the table (Demarius and Dion Lewis) to the Fornette owner who is a DEN fan and forced to start Charles and Booker ATM
