Suicide nearing

Dropped Demarco Murray last week to pickup Earnest Graham

Started Graham today and opponent has Murray

Lost McFadden, Wells and McGahee today on one team. I lost Wells and McGahee on another. Not a good day.

I hate fantasy football. My opponent picked up DeMarco Murray this morning and started him when it looked like Hillis wasn't playing. :wall:

Even worse, I tried to submit a waiver claim for Murray earlier this week and the system must have screwed up. I didn't get him and just assumed someone else got him.

:wall: :wall:

My runningbacks this year:

J.Charles - Out for year

Peyton Hillis - Injuries/not getting ball/madden curse

Felix Jones - Injured, now probably replaced

Chris Wells - Solid but injuries

T.Hightower - Injured or replaced in games/Torain

Earnest Graham - Torn Achilles, out for year now.

I had Demarco Murray up until 2 weeks ago, I drafted him as a handcuff to Felix, dropped him to pickup Graham due to injuries. Sigh...

I thought I had it in the bag in one league, with Arian Foster. Despite my other leagues sucking, I was comforted to know I had at least one good showing. Completely shocked to click on the "Matchup" button to see I'm losing by 20+ points. Opponent subbed in Murray at the last minute

Got Nicks and Welker on byes and Hillis out for my flex spot,so I had to start 3 WW turds. Little and Damien Williams combined for a whopping 10 pts. Got Torrey Smith goin tommorow, he'll probably get shut out. O and Wells went down for me and will probably retire since he can't stay healthy more than 3 games.

In one league I started McFadden, Lynch, D.Williams, and Harvin. ....all injured and taken out of the game early.

I also started Doug Baldwin who posted up a fat bagel. I was tied for first place. Probably my worst FF weekend ever.

Your not the only one... I thought I had an amazing RB stack and now its sh@t.My RBs: DMC, Best w/ MoMo / Wells, Willis, Sporles who I expect to get injury tonight

In my 16 team league.

Had all these guys starting go out with injuries

Moss

Harvin

Graham

Wells

I've never had that many starters go down in one day.

F'ing hell, Sproles. Now I need Anquan Boldin to score 30+ pts tomorrow to salvage me my ONLY win of the week. Two of the past three weeks I will have lost ALL my fantasy leagues. This #### happens to me every damn year.

Up by 42 heading into tonights game with my opponent only having the saints defense and delineate carter. He has cut it to 7 with a quarter left. Ridiculous.

saints put up 62 and Ingram has 10 fantasy pts? seriously? Oh yea, benched Murray over Wells and Torain...

I ended up going 1-1 in two leagues, but in the process, I lost moss, Harvin, wells, mcfadden, and hightower to injuries.

Marshawn F'n Lynch.

I tweeted this morning that I "Can't believe I'm excited to start Marshawn Lynch. This is gonna be one of those things I look back on and wonder what I was thinking."

May still win, pending Flacco's performance tomorrow night.

Played against Foster, Murray, Jennings and Graham.

Foster I guess was waiting to have the game of the year but...

Murray?? Wtf is Jones letting him beat Emmitt's record???

Jennings with one hand left wide open like that?

Graham gets two short tds when NO is up by 40???

crazy game

0-6 this year playing against Brees, Rogers, Brady, and my roster is better than each team except for QB(in two different leagues have played each one twice now and still have to play Brady and Rogers again)...I will be taking a QB in the first round next year, took Rice in first round in both leagues...looks like the days of taking RB studs in the first round are now over...

Lost to the absentee owner of our league. This was supposed to be an easy win this week. On paper. My opponent (Brees owner) didn't even set his lineup right, and played Victor Cruz on bye, and still smoked me by 20 points. McFadden and Ben Watson (bye week filler) really soiled the bed yesterday. He probably doesn't even realize he beat me. He'll check in on Wednesday and pat himself on the back. Luck and injuries. Luck and injuries.

My crappy RB stable of Wells/McGahee/Addai/Greene/DWill got even crappier due to injury. And it figures Wells/McGahee have already had their BYE weeks too...which had made them even more valuable. I'm effed unless Brady returns to his weeks 1 & 2 ways, Megatron goes on another 2 TDs/game streak, Hernandez is the chief recipient of Brady's largess & Fred Davis is a top 5 guy here on out (we have 2 FLEX spots & TEs get full PPR, other positions get .5 ppr)

I feel you loss with that motley crew of RB's. But if it's any consolation, I'll be rooting for the rest of your team to go off, as they pretty much describe my lineup.

QB: Romo, Tebow

RB: MJD, Beanie, Hillis, Benson, D. Thomas, Battle

WR: Roddy, Marshall, Decker, D. Moore

TE: Finley, Gresham

DAY: WASH

K: was janikowski, now novak

Great team on paper, off to a 3-0 START, haven't won since.

Up 20pts going into SNF with my Garcon and his N.O. "D" and Sproles left...felt good until the game started! 62 F'N pts....does Peyton play defense too?

He also had Plaxico "2pts a game for the last three weeks" Burress who had 4 catches and 27yds...oh yeah and 3F'N tds!

There are no more "gimmie" wins in fantasy football. Luck and injuries. Luck and injuries.
Tell me about it.My opponent didn't set his lineup. Didn't matter.MB3 outscored Mendenhall, Beanie, Torain, and Decker. Combined.Marion.... Barber....

I'm not generally one to vent, and ultimately I'm pretty calm whether I'm winning or losing fantasy leagues.

But, I do feel like I'm having probably the worst season in almost 20 years of playing some kind of fantasy football. My longest standing league I now sit at 1-6, and in my second longest league I'm now 3-4 after starting 3-0. And in the league I formed with neighbors this year (the one where half the guys have never played fantasy before), I'm now 2-5 and lost Stafford (maybe), Santana Moss and Run DMC this week.

It's easy for me to see where it's gone wrong. Injuries have played a part, for sure, but it's not all that.

As I reflect back on my drafts, the guys I targeted just haven't worked out for the most part.

*** I grabbed Chris Johnson and Jamaal Charles with my 1st round picks any chance I got

*** I grabbed either Hillis or Mendenhall in many leagues in the 2nd or 3rd (where I felt like I was fleecing people)

*** I took Mark Ingram in nearly every league

*** I targeted Santonio Holmes, Brandon Lloyd and Vincent Jackson as key WR adds

*** I focused on Percy Harvin, Santana Moss and Mario Manningham as "value" WR2 adds

*** In spite of valuing the TE position this year, I seemingly fell into grabbing Owen Daniels and/or another 2nd tier guy instead of the top dogs

Ultimately what I'm saying is, this year has just been a cascade of poor decisions, and sometimes it's worse to have guys like Chris Johnson and Mark Ingram on your roster than guys like J. Charles. At least with Charles there's no uncertainty, you cut the cord and do your best to add help to your roster. With CJ2K, Hillis, Mendy and Ingram, they've been in my lineup more times than not and I keep justifying that THIS is the week they'll turn it around.

Traded away LeSean McCoy and Flacco for Stafford, E. Graham, Greene, Baldwin.

Graham - maybe going to IR

Stafford - sprained ankle

Baldwin - zero points

This was a last-ditch move to try and climb out of a hole. So much for that team.

I also cancelled a waiver move to pick up DeMarco Murray in favor of this trade. Obviously my trading partner picked him up.

I always think it's funny to see how the venting threads get 100+ posts every single week, while the bragging threads get like 10.

Goes to show that no matter how much of a "shark" you are, this game is about 10% skill and 90% (bad) luck.

Started Baldwin and Torain yet put up the 3rd most points in my league, guess who I played? The #1 scorer by and lost by 10 pts. Thanks to "checkdown" Charlie and Shannahan.

Earlier this season I had the second most points and played vs the top scorer.

I'm 2-5... if I were 4-3 I'd be in the drivers seat for the #1 WC team.

Lost by .45 point last week on the final sack by the jets monday night. Lost by .75 this week on the Flacco TD, only got half a point back on the pick. If Beanies glass rump would have rushed for 8 more yards before he went down.

It's not that it matters, since it's a public / non-money league.

I played an owner who started PEYTON MANNING (autodraft owner), and he STILL beat me this week!

Ugh. It really is a love/hate relationship between me and fantasy football!
