Week 8 Injury Thread (1 Viewer)

Alge Crumpler limped off but it didn't look too bad?
Yeah, he looked like he might have tweaked his back a little on that block where he fell down. He got up holding his left hip/small of his back and went to the bench for a couple of plays. He's been on and off the field since then.

Gamecenter just said F. Taylor hurt on last play.

ETA: Return probable. Game not on local TV so any help appreciated.

Seemed to land on the football while being tackled...Didn't appear to be anything major, but he was in a bit of pain.

Chad Johnson back to the locker room -- Pam Oliver reports that he's dehydrated but is expected to return.

Tatum Bell hasn't played after halftime Sunday. No injury has been reported, but Bell has been struggling with a turf toe problem. Considering the chronic nature of such injuries, this is a huge concern. Tatum had 24 yards on nine carries in the first half. Coach Mike Shanahan alluded to Mike Bell being better at cut-backs than Tatum, but the change seemingly has to be injury related.

Verron Haynes hopped to the sideline toward the end of the PIT-OAK game -- early indications from the Steelers are that the injury may be season-ending. Center Jeff Hartings also left the game in the second half and did not return. Coach Cowher said that Hartings could miss an extended period of time.

Notes: Running back Verron Haynes and linebacker Arnold Harrison were both injured and according to Cowher could be done for the year. Center Jeff Hartings was also injured and could be out for an extended period of time according to Cowher.

Did Donald Driver and Fred Taylor re-enter their games? I thought I saw fragile Fred come back in and play after his injury. Plus, a poster claimed D.Driver did come back into the game. But, Fanball claims he did not return to the game.Anybody know what the deal is with these guys?

Thanks in advance.

I watched the entire GB/Cards game, and Driver absolutely DID come back into the game. The announcers were calling out the coach for putting him back in and risking further injury when they have nobody else to play the position. I seem to remember Driver getting at least one more target after coming back in, but he dropped it.I'm fellimg like there's a good chance he'll be just fine.
