Week 9 Injury Thread (1 Viewer)

Any updates on McGahee? Definitive word on either kneee or ribs or both? A Train ended up with a boatload of carries for about 100 yds and a TD. Anyone listening to the press conf after the game?
His injury never did and had no mention of knee, its just a knee jerk (pun intended) reaction by people on this board. It's a rib/back thing, To be updated on monday.

the initial report from the sidelines that the commentators were saying on the program was that it was a sprained knee, thats why so many people are asking if his knee is ok. There was no knee injury from what i could tell, but like sandman said, no reason to rush to any conclusions about willis. Official report will be out tomorrow. If you have a free spot on your roster to grab thomas, go for it, but i wouldn't drop anyone of relative importance until its official if mcgahee will be missing any time or not.

from KFFL:The Associated Press reports Buffalo Bills RB Willis McGahee (ribs) was carted to the team's locker room after hurting his ribs during the Week 9 game. The team did not offer an update on his condition but did announce he would not return to the game after having his ribs X-rayed. McGahee was replaced in the lineup by RB Anthony Thomas.FYI Update: just heard on local news that he has a bruised kidney. no mention of timeframe.

Yahoo Sports - Urlacher injured his foot at the end of the game. No word on how bad but Lovie says he hopes it is not serious.

Yahoo reporting rib injury on the left side. He was x-rayed but no report whether or not it showed anything.

Donnie Edwards broke his leg on his INT return according to CBS announcers.

Sorry guys they said he almost broke his leg.

I saw K. Winslow limping towards the end of their game...not sure if it was soreness in his surgically repaired knee or something else. I don't think he returned. Anyone with more info?

Any news on this? Local station said that he was getting an MRI this morning.

I watched the end of the Pitt game, and Willie Parker was talked akwardly on a short pass with about 1 minute left in the game. He was noticeable limping and such the last couple of plays.

Did anyone else see or hear this?
