Yeah Portis and Evans sure are stinking up the joint  Try having worthless I'm-so-stupid-I-don't-even-know-what-a-condom-is Henry blowing chunks and Gates TOTALLY skunked while your opponent is killing you w/the likes of Dunn and Galloway.

2 TDs, 5 sacks, 3 fumbles and (so far) a shutout for the Detroit defense....and of course this is the week I am going against them!

AND I could have picked them up in another league for a bye week fill-in but chose Washington instead. :goodposting: :wall:

You know your team sux when your back-up QB (who is not playing - Pennington) does better than your starting QB (Rivers)

I am in a 16 team league with no points for passing yards until 300, but you get points for TDs, with negative points for interceptions. With 2 minutes left in the game, Rivers has 197 yards No TDs and an INT. (-1 points). Pennington, who sat on the bench the whole game had 0.

Damn rivers

I have broken both of my Johnsons today. Chad-carted off and Larry-ankle. Then Cutler breaks (?) his ankle too. Of course I am playing AP for a topper.

3rd and 1, all you had to do is a play-action to score a TD.. Nolan and his conservative play-calling...

I was going to start Bobby Engram over Boldin since Boldin has been hurt and had a bad match up, not to mention a sucky QB. But I kept hearing this nagging voice in the back of my head, "Always start your studs. They aren't studs for no reason." So I started Boldin. :hophead:

Hey I just pulled off a trade this morning for Chad Jackson, I finally have a receiver that I can pencil in every week!!!!

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!

Started Adrian Peterson and still losing. The guy has a game of a lifetime and I'm still behind because the rest of my team is crap this week.

I know I shouldnt complain about 10+ receptions, but Kellen Winslow dropped a TD pass, jumped out of bounds at the 1, and was knocked over right at the goal-line twice. Any of those 24 points would have helped a lot.

That being said, he had a great game and carried my team so that it had a chance to win this week.

In the most ridiculous pickup of the year my opponent this week eschews starting Washington against the Jets and instead picks up Detroit Lions DT. Money in the bank for me, right? Wrong! 3 tds, God knows how many ints, fumble recs and sacks. He also starts Lynch due to a bye week and I get blasted by a team that had no business beating me.This game is stupid.

My team is laying a complete egg this week. I have gone 8 consecutive weeks scoring between 120-170 points....I have only 68 with Roth and FWP tonight.

Roethlisberger, Romo, Henry, Parker, Boldin, Edwards, Gates, Folk, WAS D

My opponent in turn has a career week....he started

Garcia, ADP, Westbrook, M Barber, R Moss, Colston, Cooley, Kaeding, JAX D

He's beating me 184-68.

Not really the type to vent, I do find it funny that Brees, Patten, and Peterson was on my bench while Hasselbeck, D. Jackson and T. Henry were my starters. Oh well, there is always next week. Until then, I'm having a good chuckle.

I am starting to hate Fantasy...heres the QB's I have faced the last 5 weeks

Week 9 Brees (445 yds, 3 tds = 51 pts)

Week 8 Anderson (248 yds, 3 tds = 31 pts)

Week 7 Brady (354 yds, 6 tds = 60 pts)

Week 6 Palmer (320 yds, 2 tds = 34 pts)

And Week 5 Garrard (218 yds, 1 td = only 20 points), but Kita only got me 5 that game

I started out 3-1, now I am in a mess after going 1-4 the last 5 weeks

ARGH!

faced the following squad this week in my main money league (uber-high performance scoring dynasty league), of which I am the points leader:

Carson Palmer

M. Lynch

Lee Evans

J Galloway

D Dockett (2 sacks + 9 tackles)

D Harris (20 friggin tackles  )

McIntosh (11 tackles + 1 sack)

He has already demolished the all-time scoring record, and still has Matt Stover to go tonight. At least he didn't have ADP too!

In most weeks this season, the brain dead Sportsline guru has been consistently better at predicting results that the subscription cheatsheets. Yet moronically I keep trusting the material I paid for rather than some goof on CBS. When will I learn?

I benched ADP for Kevin Jones and it most likely cost me the game this week. Went with the match-ups. With his prior two games and the San Diego match-up, I rolled the dice on Jones. Won't happen again...

I did start ADP on four other teams...

While I'm probably going to finish this week with the high score in my league, it looks to have come at a price.

I have LJ, Ocho Cinco as every week starters and my lone backup QB is Cutler.

Also Patrick Willis (MLB, SF) broke his hand, but it appears he will play through it.

Tough week for injuries to my squad and if either Johnson misses the rest of the year, I could lose a golden opportunity to be the league champ.

Funny, because had I followed the advice that I pay for (starting Winslow over Mason, and Luis Castillo over Suggs) on the two positions I had questions on I would have already won this week instead of hoping for a Monday night miracle.

I hear yah, now imagine your opponent has J. Lewis. :wall: :wall: :wall:

LOOK AT ME, I DON'T LISTEN TO SOUND ADVICE  :excited:

Team I played against:

Brees

Moss

Galloway

Engram

Portis

ADP

Tony G.

E. Graham

Hansen

TB Def.

Record week for this guy.

I have become the QB kiss of death.

Have Big Ben and Jay Cutler. Pretty much played Ben all year until:

Picked up Warner for a bye week - and down he goes in the first half.

Grabbed Leftwich the next week for the match up - ditto.

Finally started Cutler this week and...

I put up 120pts with Quinn Spiniewiski at TE still to go. That's usually good enough to win most weeks.

Unfortunately, my opponent has put up 160pts with Hines Ward still to go. ADP, Reggie Bush, Larry Fitzgerald, Jason Witten and Carson Palmer have all come up aces for him this week.

We were tied at 6-2 for the 2nd best overall record which means a bye week in the week 14 playoffs. Guess I'll be playing that week.
