Last week I started putting something together like this, I'm working through some ideas that would make it fun through the whole year. I'm hoping to get it up in beta this season yet so we can work out the bugs before next year.General idea is that it's a salary capped league where once you sign a player you keep them at that salary. Each week, the salaries for FA's change based on their general rankings. Once you cut a player from your "roster", they are not available to you the rest of the year..
