Weird thing happened after going to a baseball game (1 Viewer)

I attended a baseball game tonight with a couple of friends.  After the game, we walk to our cars.  My cars drivers side back window is all the way open, even though I would have sworn I closed it before getting out of the car.  I open my drivers side door, and sitting on the drivers seat is the drivers license of some random person.  I don't know them, neither do my friends.  Nothing missing from the car.

I will never know.  I took the license to the persons address, but nobody was home.  I left it on the porch weighed down by a smallish rock.

That night I found them on Facebook, and messaged them.  By their news feed though, it looks like they go on Facebook once a year or so.
