From the Eagle website:
Westbrook's Knee Remains A Concern
A day after his team took control of the NFC East, Andy Reid reported very few new injuries. But Brian Westbrook's sore knee remained a hot topic. The head coach said that his prized running back came out of Sunday's game with "very little swelling."
Reid also dismissed any notion that Westbrook would have his knee scoped at any point in the future. Instead, player and coach are taking things day by day.
"There's a chance it [the swelling] stops and there's a chance it continues on," Reid said. I really think it'll be day to day and week by week. We'll see how it goes."

Westbrook, a late scratch from last Monday's game against Green Bay when his injured knee swelled, didn't practice a lick all week, fueling speculation that he had something even more serious than the Eagles were acknowledging. In fact, there was even a report prior to Sunday's game that Westbrook would require microfracture surgery after the season to fully repair the knee.
Not true, said both Westbrook and Reid after Sunday's game.
"Really, the only couple of people who know what's really going on are me and some of the doctors that I've seen," Westbrook said in his post-game press conference. "Any reports from anybody outside of that circle is a questionable source."
Westbrook has done very little on the practice field since the second week of the season, and Reid can't say for sure whether this is something Westbrook will battle all year.
"There's no set answer on that," Reid said.
