What’s your MLB closer music? (1 Viewer)

Probably been done . .. stteel dragon

Closer music - "I am the passenger/and I ride and I ride/la la la la la la la la"

The Passenger- Iggy Pop

Walk-up music - the howl and then the bass. I might fast forward to 2:12, which is when this song starts ****ing cooking. I'd take a long, slow walk just to get the groove and the guttural noises

T.V. Eye - The Stooges

If skip calls me in to try to get out big league hitters with my namesake pitch, I'm cranking up the show tunes

Something familiar,
Something peculiar,
Something for everyone:
A comedy tonight!

Something appealing,
Something appalling,
Something for everyone:
A comedy tonight!

The Gael (best here probably know as the theme for Last of the Mohicans) and since I obviousy would be Mariano Rivera levels of great, for home games the team would bring in bagpipers and drummers to do it live.

or just keep it simple, Search and Destroy by The Stooges

Ushers will have to pull double duty keeping the drunks away from the railings. #TeamMagua

Wild Thing obv

I loved this not because of Ricky Vaughn but because this is just a cool song. So is "Born To Lose" by The Heartbreakers.

I thought about something classical, but I’m going with…. T. Rex - 20th Century Boy.

Uh, I just learned that he says "Robin Hood" and not "rock n' roll." That is so uncool. I feel like listening to Zip Gun now to make up for my sadness

Then I got to the sax outro and his vocals and it made me happy again. That song is such a romp.

For getting adrenaline going, I really like "Take Back the Power" but the Interrupters. That's my driving to trial song.

Not MLB….

A few years back Jake Mullholland was Oregon States closer and his music was Johnny Cash ,Gods gonna cut you down. It’s the perfect closer song. Now it seems like OSU plays it for any “closer” type situation.
