Notre Dame did last year or they were going to under Corwin Brown anyway.WVU runs a 3-3-5.Maryland has run a mix of 3-4 and 4-3 in recent years too.

It may be a month or two from hiting the newstands, but your best bet is to buy Phil steele's 2008 guide. He has two pages on every division one team which should include the info you want.

Outside of that the names mentioned earlier are correct from 2007 as I recall.
