What do you do in your league with a lopsided trade? (1 Viewer)

Starting a new keeper league. 12 team. Mixed Roto 5 x 5. Details are in the Classified section. (This is not an ad for that league, but if you need more info on the league format to answer my question, you can find it there.)

I'm trying to come up with a fair way to govern trading. I am curious to hear how your league does it.

CBS offers a trade vote rule. I think Yahoo offers this as well. Thats how I have it set up right now, but I was wondering if there was "a better way"?

Thanks in advance!

Keeper league = no veto.

I commish a league where I am the only one with veto power...............I have never vetoed a trade in 10 years.

YOU, the commissioner and those helping start the league START with good trade rules............so a trade is either legal or it's not. There should NEVER be a vote process. If a trade is questioned by half the league (not just those with a vested interest or who don't want their opponents to improve their team) then you could have a committee, but as Wrigs says that will rarely be the case if you have good trade rules in place.
