What do you need on Monday night? (1 Viewer)

I always enjoyed this thread last year, so I thought I would bring it back. All three of my leagues are coming down to the Monday night game to settle things, although some are a bit tougher than others.

Main league - I need Green-Ellis to score less than 26 points in PPR. This one should be the easiest, but you never know when the Patriots are going to have someone put up some crazy numbers. I did check though, and this would equal the best game of his career.

League 2 - I have a two point lead with Mcfadden left to play against Moreno and Janikowski...so I need Mcfadden + 2 points to beat those two guys. This one could go my way, but I'm probably the underdog.

League 3 - I'm done in this league, and need Tom Brady and Brandon Lloyd to score less than 20 points. I've pretty much resigned myself to losing this game, as I don't see any way these two score less than 20.

So, what do all of you need?

McNabb's game from Brady. Less than 9 points (or more than 15 so I don't feel bad for starting Romo over Cutler).

And I need CJ2K to think hard about sucking, and deciding not to do it anymore.

I've got a 5 point lead and Knowshon Moreno, my opponent has Brandon Marshall. I think I've got a slightly better than 50-50 chance.

League 1: Lloyd to score 13 points (standard PPR)

League 2: McFadden, Gostkowski, Ford and Hernandez to stay under 87 points.

I need DMAC to outscore Ocho by 4 pts.

Standard yardage, no bonuses, TD=6, 0.5 PPR.

I'm feeling alright about it...Brady's pattern of loving newly aquired WR's on their first game worries me only a little.

In two leagues, I have things wrapped. But in the third, things are really interesting for Monday night. It's a PPR league (15 yds/pt receiving). I trail by 38. He's done. I have Welker, Marshall, Hernandez, and Gostkowski. Both Yahoo and FBG projections have me pulling the comeback off (barely). It'll be tight. :boxing:

I need for Patrick Chung and 54.5 points to be > Lloyd, Welker, Carpenter, Mayo, and Huff (ppr)

Brandon Marshal to get me 12 points (non ppr)

1-1, but should win the other 3

All non-PPR

Main League: Brady+Reggie+Hernandez+Shaugnessy+Branch vs. Mayo(down 24.55)

B-school: Moreno score less than 23.85

Dynasty: Shaugnessy+Wake vs. Branch (up 20.8)

Jacoby Ford + Aaron Hernandez + Elvis Dumervil > Dan Carpenter + 29

.5ppr

Figure they need to score around 40 pts and I'd put the odds on that at about 50/50.

Not terribly optimistic about either of these scenarios but here they are.

League #1 - Standard rules, need 15 points from Brandon Lloyd (90 yards and a score).

He failed to accomplish this in both games against the Raiders last year (w/ McDaniels vs. Nnamdi).

League #2 - Currently down 2.5 points. Have the Patriots D/ST versus the New England 'Kowski brothers (Gronk & Gost).

Standard rules for the most part... but there are bonus points in play for long kicks and long reception plays.

Expecting karma to come into play here as I benched Gronkowski for Kendricks in another matchup (which I've already lost).

Down 24 with McFadden, Lloyd, and Moreno to his Jano in standard scoring.

Up 30 with McFadden and Royal for them in a high performance league. Not feeling good about this one.

Similar for me. I have 2 locked up but need Moreno to score less than 15 in a .5 ppr league. Doesn't seem impossible but definitely not feeling cozy

Both PPR, 10/25 rec/pass, and all TD = 6

1) I am up by 17 + I have Prater, he has Hernandez. Good thing Orton can't find the end zone! Lots of 3-pointers coming up I hope!

2) Up by 40 but he has the Brady/Welker combo. More nervous on this one because I can easily see Brady with 25 and Welker with 15.

McFadden plus 26 points needs to outscore BJGE and Lloyd. I feel like I have about a 80% chance of pulling it out.

PPR league, big bonus's (5 points) at 100 yards for rb/wr, 300 for qb.

Down 7 (until ESPN recalculates the score, but it'll be around that)

Opponent has Brady and Gostkowski. I'm praying brady doesn't hit 300 like I fear he will. It'd also be nice if gostkowski matched my kicker, and injured himself on the opening kickoff.

I have DMC + Reggie Bush, so hopefully I get a 100 yard game out of atleast one, a couple td's and some nice ppr work.

Down by 3.1 points in a standard league, need McFadden and Marshall to make up the difference versus New England's Def (should happen).

Need Marshall to score 10 points in a PPR league for the win (should happen).

Need New England's Def to outscore Knowhson Moreno by 23 points (not gonna happen).

Luckily the one I'm least confident about is the only non-money league.

In my dynasty league, 10.9 from Pat Chung, so an INT TD or FR TD wouldn't go astray :P . If I don't get them I'll finish as the second highest scorer for the week despite starting Roethy and Mendy at QB/RB1.

Willing to sacrifice my other league match as my opponent has Chung in that one.

12 pt lead w/ Gastkowski to go, need Michael Bush to be shut down and Dan Carpenter to not kick a football through some uprights.

TD heavy PPR league...

Up by 18.5 points

He has Brandon Lloyd vs OAK Kickers..

Going to bed early knowing that Tuesday is going to look like 0-1 and SJAX week to week as "Q"!

FF - got to love it!

8.5 points out of Hernandez in a .5 PPR league. I was fine until Dallas imploded against the NYJ DST late. Unreal... Dallas, for their talent, has to be the most pathetic team in the league. Playing below their talent is the rule in Dallas.

I need Gostkowski to kick 16 field goals and an extra point. Yeah, I'm not winning that one this week. :yucky: And that's my keeper league, too, where I only lost a single game last year.

In another, I'm up by 5 points. I have the Pat's D versus Brandon Lloyd. Going to be a close one, though I wouldn't mind losing that one for the first waiver pickup.

In our big $ league, either John Fox destroys the Denver passing game with his conservative crap or Tim Tebow to punch Orton in the balls and become the starting QB.
