What rookie pick is Britt trading for in non-PPR leagues?

1.07...about where D Thomas/G Tate/A Benn start to go in ppr rookie drafts...I would say higher but I dont like that he showed up at OTA overweight and I dont like his QB situation

In non-ppr I agree, about 1.07 seems right. In ppr I like him a bit more. His QB situation isn't ideal but there should still be enough balls for him to be a productive fantasy WR. He has a very high ceiling IMO even with Young.

He's worth more than any rookie WR not named Dez and probably worth more than Hardesty (imho.) So that would put him around 1.5~1.6 in a non-ppr depending on how you feel about Tate.
