Bulger's shoulder injury ruined my playoffs last year (a missed block by SJax, argh) ... Bulger is enjoying a very good year and it would be a shame to see something similar result from Pace's absence, but I'd have to think the odds just went up.

Horrible post. Have you seen the Raiders play? There O-line is much worse than the rams. I think Bulger will be affected some, but I still feel confident in him putting up good numbers.

Realize that the Rams also lost their Center (McCullom) very early on. They have Richie Incognito playing C which he hasn't played since he was in HS. Incognito doesn't have the mental toughness to play in the NFL, at least he hasn't shown so yet. Take arguably the best LT out of the mix and insert some guy named Goldberg and you have a recipe for disaster. It comes down to this. First rule of football: The game is won and lost at the line of scrimmage. The Rams line is in shambles. I would take every offensive player down a notch without Pace. REalize that the Rams never went to the SB without Pace. The never had a winning record in St. Louis without Pace. The guy was the first overall pick and he has that kind of an impact on a team......

Pace was in and out of a couple of games this year in which Bulger still put up good #'s, I beleive, I think Pace was limited with a concussion.

I've got Holt and Bulger so I hope it doesn't affect them too much.

It's going to make a difference to Bulger. How much of a difference is not easy to say, cause you never know what would have happened with Pace in the game.

You're probably not going to see it only every play, but he will not have as good protection and he will be forced to get rid of the ball quicker....maybe a few more sacks that would have been expected with Pace in there.

He'll still probably put up good numbers, but there will be a difference.
