I tweaked my back yesterday, so I pulled out the heating pad this morning. I then realized that the damn thing is probably 45 years old. I remember using at my parent's house sometime in the late 60's/early 70's.

Replaced an old dishwasher that came with the house that worked ok with a stainless steel model to match all the other appliances that are stainless.  Thought I'd try to sell it on Craigslist and when I couldn't get $20 for it decided to google the model number.  Turns out it was almost 25 years old, no wonder, how does a dishwasher last that long?
