What is your cutoff for taking Gates (1 Viewer)

based on the latest VBD rankings it says to take Gates after Holt in a PPR league. Holt being the number 1 WR overall.

What is your personal cutoff on where you take Gates over a Wr?

Personally I think after Holt is a little early.

Do you take Gates or Harrison?

Do you take Gates or Randy Moss?

Do you take Boldin or Randy Moss?

It's TE required and I think there is that much separation between Gates and the next TE. So much so that I'll gladly weaken myself in week 3 (having 2 of my top 3 guys off on the bye that week) to get him. There's still good value at WR over the next 10 or so picks.

Owens, Harrison and Holt went at the 2/3 turn before I took Gates (along with Bush), but I'd have taken Gates over any of them.
