A few of these hit home for me.
Saltines with a little cheese and maybe some summer sausage.
This. Not often, but on rare occasions, I'll settle in to binge-watch a show with a sleeve of saltines, a few slices of colby, cheddar, and/or pepperjack cheese (usually folded/cut into quarters), and if available, some sliced up Johnsonville (or whatever brand) summer sausage. Perfect "meal" paired with almost any beverage and works great when you're not in the mood to cook. Of course, the only time I get away with it is when I'm the only one home.

Side note.... When I was a kid, I can remember going through the cupboards when my parents were gone and settling for saltines with butter as a "snack" that we couldn't have if they were home. Ironically, I think we got the idea from my mom telling a similar story from when she was a kid. Man, those were the days (and we must not have had much in the house in terms of snacks/junk food). I also vaguely remember getting into my mom's baking chocolate one time and quickly finding out that it's not very good by itself.
Ritz
With almost anything on it.
Ritz are probably the most popular (and versatile) cracker in our house. Commonly eaten with cheese, some sort of spread, etc. And, on a very rare occasion (I'm talking like once every two years), I'll go rogue and buy a can of Cheddar or Bacon N Cheddar "Easy Cheese." No idea what that stuff is made of (which is mostly why I rarely buy it), but it is great with Ritz crackers.

Oh yeah!
Also, tortilla, cheese, pepperoni....roll up, microwave. Maybe add some pepperonicinis in there.
In high school, one of the local pizza places was known for their pizza burritos. Pepperoni, Sausage, or Canadian Bacon. So popular that, 20 years after their closing, there's still a Facebook group dedicated to those burritos (where people share recipes trying to replicate the sauce, etc.). I've tried many times to replicate, and never quite perfected them, but come pretty close. Usually just pepperoni, shredded cheese (I've tried a variety), and pizza sauce of some kind. Wrap it up in a medium-sized flour tortilla and heat in microwave, oven, toaster oven, or even air fryer. Occasionally, I'll play with ground pork sausage, ham, or maybe add some green olives, peppers, etc. But, the easy go-to is just simply the pepperoni/cheese/sauce/tortilla.... you can make a couple of them in under 5 minutes (and they're usually devoured even faster).
