I've never tried guitar. Would be awesome to be a natural. I'm sure learning is half the fun but I am not sure I can do it successfully.

I'd always hoped I was a natural at something.

On that same note, I always find it fascinating when people are naturals. Like Gretzky. Dude was born to play hockey. But what if he had been born in Qatar? Would he ever have known he was a natural at hockey? And if not, does that mean that I might be a natural at Cricket or some stupid sport I've never heard of? I like to think I'm the Gretzky of Cricket, and that I just never had my chance to shine.

I picture you as more of a Jai Alai guy.

I was thinking more like the ancient Mayan ball games

Yet two 8th century Maya sculptures and several Peten Maya vases show players with their hands on the ball.It is believed that the losers of this game were often sacraficed to the Gods. These Mayan games predate the olympics by about 500 years!

I used to always think...what if the guy who was born to be better than Jordan decided to just play Jai Alai instead of basketball, and he SUCKED at Jai Alai, so he quit and opened up a convenience store in Miami instead...so instead of wearing Air Bookers (I'm imagining his name to be Kevin Booker) and being a millionaire, he's wearing flippy flops and selling hardcore porno mags to the Cuban-American population.

I've tried to learn guitar. If learning it is half the fun, it must suck to play it.

My wish would be the ability to play a rock instrument along with the ability to write music. I just can't comprehend the ability it takes to write, arrange, and perform a kick ### song. That would be awesome to be able to do.

When I was a kid I was convinced everyone had once special sports ability they were a natural at. I was convinced mine was to be a hockey goalie, because hockey was the one major sport I played, and I sucked at the rest.

I also wish whatever skill top salesmen have to make a great first impression, be really engaged with people and have the art of b.s. Down. I'm a pretty average salesperson mostly because I really don't like or wish to interact with most people.

Was in some off site training a couple weeks ago, and we had to tell the group a skill we had that might surprise people as part of the intro.

I told them I was a black belt in karate. Dont know why, I just figured I will never see these people again and this is a stupid exercise so why not increase the number of people in the world who think I know karate?

So i guess karate is my answer.
