I have been a big supplement taker in the past, but have really scaled it back. I generally take half of a mens multi 1-2x a day. I take fish oil sometimes. Creatine before workouts, and sometimes a Niacin. Sometimes amino acids. I also take chewable Fiber Choice 1-2x a day. I try and eat pretty healthy. I make smoothies pretty often, and put a ton of stuff in them.
