He's under contract so he's only elsewhere if there's some trade interest for him and I doubt they will be unless Philly wins the SB and he plays awesome again. The thing is, most people (including NFL teams) have already decided Foles isn't very good and they won't want to commit to him as a starter. They see this as a fluke or something entirely system driven (like when he dominated with Chip Kelly) and fans tend to think this too. A lot of the media vibe around this is it's a cute story, but it's Nick Foles.....Once a QB has that 'stink' on him, it's hard to shake, whether it's fair or not. That's the NFL for you.
The reality IMO is that he's a very good QB and should be starting somewhere (look at some of the horrible QBs that started games around the league this year). He won't get a genuine shot to be a starter with medium term job security because a team won't trade much to get him (remember there was no interest in him last off-season when he signed as Philly's backup - any of these QB needy teams could have gone and and got him if they thought anything of him). If a team does give him a chance, they'll also likely draft a development QB and it'll be a Tyrod type situation this year, or Alex Smith, where Foles is on the hot seat all year and fans will be clamoring for the backup if things go remotely south or Foles throws a couple of picks in a game.
To me he's a better option than Keenum, McCarron, Bradford, Alex Smith or Tyrod, so if those guys are getting starter interest, Foles should too as a trade target. I'd stash/hold him in deeper dynasty leagues where QBs score well just in case he goes off in the SB and the narrative shifts a bit, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
