What WR will breakout this year and be top 10 next year? (1 Viewer)

I like Matt Jones and Edwards but I'll put Stallworth at the lead of this group. Once he learns the offense he will be the #1 for McNabb for years to come. He has to much talent and now to good of a situation not to be HUGE.

I like Lee Evans too...he does have the track history.

Anyone look at braylon Edwards game by game stats last year as a rookie? WOW!

Greg Jennings? Not so much

Michael Clayton? Already done it almost as a rookie, I like him to return.

All good names

Best bets: Antonio Bryant, Lee Evans, and Matt Jones

Jones is probably still a year away, but the opportunity is there.

Has no one mentioned TJ Housh because they don't think he's a candidate or because they already think he's there?

Evans, both Clayton's and Edwards are all players I think could make it, and I would also add in Walker although I guess he broke out two years ago. Matt Jones must also have a chance. If Stallworth doesn't, Reggie Brown might.

I think Lee Evans becomes a stud this year and Ive been trying to trade for him to no avail

And another sleeper is Muhsin Muhammed (once Grossman is pulled). I dont know if hes top 10 but I think hes a great buy low candidate.

I know this sounds like a reach to many, but I really like Coles this year to surprise. The other one I like not mentioned is Mason. The only guy I like from above is Evans.

Lee Evans without question.

Mark Clayton will end up the Ravens #1 but he is another season away from being a household name.

Hard to take you seriously as from your avatar it is obvious you haven't watched much football. I am amazed at how computer savvy kids are these days :P I have an obscure one that I think has great future potential and if he stays healthy will be the number 2 WR before the end of the year. Tim Carter of the Giants. Has all the tools but has had trouble staying healthy.

Troy Williamson.

I don't like subscribing to the "pattern" theory but in this case he could be a surprise in his second year and a stud next year when the whole team starts to become accustomed to the new West Coast offense.

Lee Evans.... though he's bocoming a bit too trendy for my taste all of a sudden.
Agreed. I saw this thread and came in to post Lee Evans, figuring he'd actually be one of the less popular selections. I'm surprised to see so many other people all over him, given how quickly everyone and their brother has written off Jay Pee Losman.

I was going to say the same thing.....JP will be fine.

Braylon Edwards is going to be a beast of a WR next year. I am surprised how late I have seen him go in some dynasty leagues. I think he is way under the radar.

Big sleeper is Brandon Jones of Tennessee who was pretty impressive as a rookie before he hurt his knee.

Top 10 is a stretch given the QB throwing to him, but I like Jurevicius. He had 10 TD and 55 catches with only half a season's work in Seattle last year, and Seattle wasn't playing from behind much; Cleveland will be.

Looks like A Bryant has the talent and situation to get there.

Improving qb/offense, better O line, decent TEs, and bad D. If Gore can manage to stay reasonably healthy and take a little pressure off the pass game, I see Bryant posting nice #s this year. Yards should be a given, but TDs will be the ? Hopefully A Smith can eliminate some mistakes and sustain drives leading to the scoring opps.
