AEW PPV tomorrow, having a couple of friends over to our new house for the first time. Going to grab a pizza from a Brazilian bakery that started using their fn awesome housemade dough for items other than breads (have no doubt I WILL be picking up some pão de queijo too) and desserts.

In-laws visiting Sunday, likely ordering out for brunch

Over the course of the weekend for sure will be grilling some Prime Tomahawk steaks I got at Costco, have not figured out the rest of the menu yet, but right now I have a lot of beef to get through - the aforementioned tomahawks, a few bone in ribeyes, some New Yorks, etc.  Either I go heavy beef this weekend or I need to freeze some.

Have some chicken as well, thinking I may do a curry of some sort, need to dig around the pantry a bit and see what I've got that needs to get used up.

They didn't have PINKELWURST though....

It's more of a winter dish.

My German is a little rusty, but doesn't that translate to "pee sausage".

I'm pretty sure "pinkeln" is the polite way to say take a leak, like tinkle. I love me some German sausages, but the name just kinda struck me as odd.

Last night was an impromptu date night...first night my wife and I have eaten out together (not takeout).  Nice little patio of a local spot.  Tasty Shrimp and Grits.

Tonight...probably some chicken of some sort for the family, wings for me.  (Grilling some salmon for lunch).

Tomorrow have a pork tenderloin...thinking Im going to slice it like a filet (yeah, smaller than beef tenderloin) and wrap in bacon to grill.  Have to do something different from time to time so the kids don't just think its all the same stuff.  (pork tenderloin has been on sale a lot lately so I have stocked up).
