When flex scheduling goes wrong! (1 Viewer)

It had the makings of a great game: Undefeated Colts vs Red Hot Eagles. Too bad they couldn't make the adjustment 1 week before the night game.

If you look at the schedule, there isn't many top notch teams plaing against eachother:

WEEK 12

Thursday, Nov. 23

GAME TIME

Miami at Detroit

Tampa Bay at Dallas

Denver at Kansas City

Sunday, Nov. 26

GAME TIME

Arizona at Minnesota

Carolina at Washington

Cincinnati at Cleveland

Houston at N.Y. Jets

Jacksonville at Buffalo

New Orleans at Atlanta

Pittsburgh at Baltimore

San Francisco at St. Louis

Oakland at San Diego

Chicago at New England

N.Y. Giants at Tennessee

Philadelphia at Indianapolis

Obviously being a Pats fan, that looks like a good one, also Denver v KC, NO v ATL.

Those might be the only ones with both teams having winning records!!

if there was no flex schedule, we could have had a TB-Wash game this week on Sunday Night. After all, they were both good young playoff teams last year.

I'll take a 9-1 Indy team in primetime any day of the week. Beats the clunkers we saw last year.

Hey we get the AJ Feeley/Jeff Garcia led Eagles two weeks in a row in prime time and at least 3 more times by the end of the season.

With Indy coming off of a loss, and the Eagles showing zero heart after McNabb went out, I could see the Colts winning 34-7 this week.

1pm EST games start at 7pm over here in Germany. Works for me!

The primetime games start around 2-3am. Not good. Keep screwing up, schedulers!
