Where can I see which experts historically have the best DFS projections? And where can I find their projections?

Well its not really appropriate to be giving out information on other "experts" on a footballguys forums, but there are annual rankings. Footballguys is where you want to be though. TipandPick (John Lee) is regarded as the most successful.

Fantasypros.com ranks the experts. So far this year, these guys are the top 10.

1. Sean Koerner, STATS 59.8%
2. Michael Fabiano, NFL.com 59.3%
3. John Paulsen, 4for4.com 59.1%
4. Jeff Ratcliffe, Pro Football Focus 59.0%
5. Justin Boone, theScore 58.9%
6. Patrick Thorman, Pro Football Focus 58.7%
7. Mike Clay, Pro Football Focus 58.6%
8. Jake Ciely, RotoExperts 58.6%
9. Pat Fitzmaurice, The Football Girl 58.4%
10. Sablich Brothers, The NY Times 58.2%

Note however, that there's not a big difference between #1 and #10.
