Where to go for future NFL draft prospect info? (1 Viewer)

I usually try to follow college football as much as possible, but are there any good sites that scout out future years draft classes, juniors likely to leave, and so on? It would make it easy to organize it all in one place for dynasty leagues. Hard to decide when to trade if you don't even know who will be there next year!

The first place to find good info and links to other sites is Draftguys.

For detailed info about the next draft class as the draft approaches check out my signature.

In short, you have to do the work, because it's not easy or exact trying to forecast things way ahead of time. I follow recruiting closely, so a lot of the big time QB's, RB's and WR's I have followed for years now. Come football season, I watch 3-4 games on Saturday, as well as catching up on other games that I taped. That being said there are far too many teams to follow closely. I will look at stats from previous seasons, see who is returning and who is not. If I see a player who put up big numbers, I will try to check them out more closely (look up their recruiting rankings, check youtube clips, look for articles). It is really hard to project players a year or two ahead of time, outside of your Adrian Petersons or Calvin Johnsons. The biggest advantage I see is in having a general idea of the overall strength of a class. For example next years class looks to be a blockbuster WR group. Not all of the currently considered elite talents will pan out, but as a whole I feel pretty confident that the class will be strong.

Here is a decent site that will at least help you familiarize yourself with some names and give you an idea who to keep an eye on this coming season.

For this time of year, I think Phil Steele's College Football preview is the best resource. Ranks the top 50 players at each position, and lists his All-America and All-Conference teams 3 or 4 deep.

ESPN's insider is worth the price. Lots of info from scouts inc.
