NFL Network. Chad Johnson flying in a space ship.It's even worse than it sounds.
Well that explains it - I don't think my Cable company take ads from NFL network right now

It's advertising NFL network's team cams and has a fying camera looking for 85. Has Bettis, Holt, etc and then zooms in on Johnson.The first 1000 times it was OK. Now it's annoying.

Their "NFL player taking a kid to school" spot is getting on my nerves, too. I swear the NFL Network must charge about $10 million for a 30 second commercial, because 90% of their spots are promos for the network itself.

funny you said this Dave...I also want to puke when that comes on over and over guys sounds like a wuss saying were you at 85..come on give us a break!..does not the NFL Net work have any more sponsers? Its always the same bunch of bad ads for them over and over and over..brutally bad..but lets face it the station is a God sent..showing almost every pre season game! They'll be back once the NFL really gets to be round the corner.
It always seems financially smart to me for a network to run their own ads incessantly because you watching them for longer than 30 seconds is likely an accident. No sense taking in money from other revenue streams by advertising products. Why bother running the self-promoting ads if you aren't going to generate any revenue from them? Why not just skip the commercials entirely?

Saw it Friday. Can't remeber which game; I was switching among three.
On topic, I can only see NFL Network when I go to the gym. And I'm even sick of it from that. Maybe when the cable companies work it out with them they can get some other sponsors.

I made my bones around here when you were dating cheerleaders.It's interesting to me that some poor guys who wander in here asking for advice get ripped to shreds about posting in the wrong forum, but a "regular shark" can come in and post about an annoying commercial and actually get responses.
