There was a thread on this earlier. Matt Waldman put it like this: basically he won't surpass Washington but he won't be "less than." He'll be about on Washington's level of productivity. Isn't he out this week though?I just dropped Steve Breaston for Damian Williams. On paper, that wasn't a good move. I just have this weird feeling that Damian is going to rise up and surpass Nate Washington as the #1 guy. Maybe I'm just dreaming because I'm a former Kenny Britt owner.Anyone else think that Damian has a shot to surpass Nate Washington as the WR to own on the Titans?
Nope. He is fine to go this week. I am debating between him and Decker as my WR4. He was pretty upset with himself after last week (from what I read). I hope that translates against the worst pass D in the league against WRs. I think I am going with Williams just because of the Det pass rush probably means not much for Decker.Which probably means Decker goes off.But if Williams can't produce this week its to the Waiver Wire pile he goes...There was a thread on this earlier. I've thought this for a couple of weeks now. He got banged up last weekend so it is tough to judge off that game. This Colts game however could be a coming out party for him. I could see a 6-100 game with a score for sure. Plus this game could be a precursor to the matchup in Week 15. I think you were wise to jump on him this week. Better a week early than a week late. And he is the player that stepped into Britt's position on offense. If he can put up 70% of Britt's numbers, he's still got a ton of upside.I just dropped Steve Breaston for Damian Williams. I'd go Williams. In fact, I had the opportunity to acquire Demaryus Thomas in a league and the choice was Decker or Williams. I chose to let Decker go. Tebow just sprays the ball all over the place. I'd prefer Williams to Decker or Thomas at this point.Nope. He is fine to go this week. I am debating between him and Decker as my WR4. Disagree.Kenny britt is the only titans receiver since Derrick mason to consistently produce for fantasy owners. The organization has had two useful receivers in the last 10-12 years. No think Williams has some talent, but thinking that he is going to be 70% of Britt or routinely contribute to your team at this point is silly.
Interesting, I'm also debating between Decker and Williams this week. I'm hating that Williams didn't finish that game last week.Snap count is probably equal. But matchup, targets and PPR format favors Williams. Decker's more of a deep threat, though.Nope. He is fine to go this week. I am debating between him and Decker as my WR4. Fair enough. The evidence to date supports my view.Disagree.Kenny britt is the only titans receiver since Derrick mason to consistently produce for fantasy owners. Decker has been hit or miss all season. Unfortunately, now the QB is also.Interesting, I'm also debating between Decker and Williams this week. All of your evidence with with a different coach, QB, and most importantly, different receivers like Roydell Williams and such. I don't think you can draw anything from that.Fair enough. His stats this year are nearly identical to last year. Actually, his ypc is down a bit. I actually don't think there is enough evidence to know how he will turn out long term, and that's part of the problem - hoping a guy with 25 receptions in 21 games is going to suddenly be useful in fantasy is a reach. All of your evidence with with a different coach, QB, and most importantly, different receivers like Roydell Williams and such. it was very early in the game. i think 1st quarter even. he was already being targeted well before he went out. What part of the game did Williams get injured in last week?
Yours or Goat Herders? Or are you GoarT Herders? Odd.Fair enough.
