yeah that was great when they showed him and all you could see were his eyes...i guess there is two ways to look at it: one, put him in there and get him some game experience; or two, this seaosn is shot, let him be like palmer, ride the pine for the year and declare him the starter next year in camp after a full year of taking in the system and league...i like the later but i am no expert
Raiders coach Lane Kiffin says JaMarcus Russell will play in Week 15 against the Colts.
Russell won't start, but will take more snaps in practice and likely play more extensively than he did in Week 13 against the Broncos. If he performs well, Russell could earn a start in the Raiders' final two games.

Eyes?I think i might have saw "an" eye.As Nancy Gray for the SF Chronicle wrote in her title for her article, "Russell left to sit, watch, soak up character study" Likely going to be a study all year for the kid. I have no doubt (maybe) that he's the starting QB next year and will likely start the last couple games of the year to get him ready.
