I'm about to waive Tagovailoa (I have Herbert as my starter and Prescott as my orig QB2 coming back soon) and want to choose one of the 3 listed players for a FLEX spot.

I'm in a 10-team PPR league and these guys won't be on the FA list for much longer!

I would go with Hall. Easier to find WR's than RB's
