Which player benefits most from a change of teams? (1 Viewer)

TJ Housh was good this year, but i see him like a top 5 WR if he goes to the Giants/Cowbows (if the let TO go)

Chad Johnson can also revitalize his career with a new team.

TO i think will only regress with a new team.

Boldin goes up a bit with a change IMO

Sproles obviously goes up with a change (or if he stays and LT gets boot)

who else?

Thinking Lienert could get traded to someone to start, like Jets or vikings

I don't see Boldin imporving going to another team. He was a top producer in points per game, and leaving Arizona would be at best be a push - not many teams threw that much. Maybe a team with no #1 that throws a lot.I think Leinart would move up if he dgeos elsewhere - until he loses the job. He's just not that good. Arizona tried to give him the job everyway they could - and he gave it right back.Johnson should improve just by being healthy, and he & Housh would improve if a real QB shows up - Palmer or a better reserve. TO might actually improve slightly if he goes somehwere and he gets to the #1 offensive focus, because he'll be extra-motivated. However, most teams should know better by now, and he is getting older.

Chad Johnson is the first name that came to mind for me.

He'll benefit greatly simply by leaving Cincinnati, regardless of where he goes.

Seattle could be in the hunt.

some other mentionable nominees...

Larry Johnson

Kevin Jones

Nate Washington

The lists above me are pretty much on the money but these are some names that might get another chance next season.

L.J wants out, I think they want him out.

Kevin Jones has lost a step due to surgeries but he is still better then a special teamer, IMO.

Nate Washington is shaping up to be a pretty reliable receiver and after that block on Cory Ivy yesterday, I'm impressed with his game.

LJ benefits more than if he stays but his days as a #1 rock are over, if he changes i could see him in a 1A and someone else as 1B.KJ is junk pure and simple

Nate can be a solid 60 catch guy WR #4 with a new team

Not when your starter is 38 and a free agent.

Kevin Jones
Come on now. Don't you think it's time we give up on this guy?
Totally misunderstanding me... I'm no where near high on him, and never was. But he has to have something left in the tank as a backup somewhere with a great line, good QB and get him for peanuts. If you don't think he can come in and spell somebody like Willie Parker and be serviceable your insane. He could very well be a good COP back from here on and especially with his heart. He went into Lovie Smiths office and asked to be placed on special teams just to contribute, IMO there's always a locker in some NFL locker room for a guy like that.Edit: This thread isn't who's going to be the next big thing... just who would benefit on a different team. I'd say 7-10 carries a game is an upgrade, nothing earth shattering but would be beneficial.

Limas Sweed was the one that delivered the devastating block on Cory Ivy in the AFC Championship Game.Nate is a decent #3 WR but I think a team that signs him as their #2 WR is going to be disappointed. His still drops a lot of balls.

Derrick Ward will start for some team in 2009...Ocho Cinco will likely find his way to Miami or NYG..Plax might get tradedJulius Peppers, if he finds the right defense for his skill set ( wants to play in 3-4), he'll become an even bigger monster on defense..

Boldin to the Giants is my fear as a Patriots fan / Giants hater. I have no doubt that he can duplicate Plaxico's effect on that offense.

TJ and Sproles would get huge benefits from a change of teams, but I doubt either is going anywhere.

LJ could get a huge benefit, depending on the team / system he ends up on / in.

Leon Washington
Coaching changes just might be the same as team changes when it comes to production.I'd imagine Leon gets a bigger workload with the Jets next year - If he went to another team, he'd probably still be a platoon / KR guy anyway.Fantasy wise, it remains to be seen if a Change for Boldin is better - He was in a high scoring offense, theres' no telling what can happen even as the #1 guy somewher else - or Heck, if Warner retires after a SB. Without thte injury this year, he could have been the highest scoring WR anyway.. Say he goes to the Giants or Jets, I'm not sure he improves that much in those offenses.

do the Giants really want to go from headcase Burris to headcase Ocho Stinko!

If LT2 was traded to the Pats, i believe he would be a straight workhorse 20 carries +- and put up very good numbers.

I agree with this. Leon proved he is an up and coming talent and I think it would be foolish to move him anywhere this offseson. Obviously TJ has some gas left in the tank but I think Leon is gonna take on a Reggie-Bush esque role next season (or he can be their QB... couldn't hurt)

Hello Eagles! And we have the cap space to do it. Plus the added incentive of keeping him away from the Giants and Redskins, who would surely be interested in his services as well.

Holt could benefit with a new team - I don't think he's washed up just yet.
Funny to think Isaac Bruce is still playing.Possibly Laurence Maroney could revive his game with a change of scenery.
