PPR league. Start 2 Rb & 1 Flex.

L. Miller, D. Westbrook or P. Richardson. I don't ave any needs/holes, just can't decide which player to keep out of these.

No kidding. Those wr's are later round picks in the WR5/6 range.

Miller is the easy choice with the info provided.  Is there any cap to keeping players (salary, round lost, limit to years, etc)?   That could be a factor but still probably not enough based on the players listed to come off of Miller.
