I'm in a 13 team league which means one team plays a double header every week. We use MFL for our stats. Free agents our not available until after week 2 so the bad teams have a better chance to get a good free agent.
The problem is MFL does not allow the waiver priority to go by the number of losses. The order is determined by a) winning percentage and b) total points. That means the 0-2 team gets to pick before the 0-3 team. Does that make sense or should the 0-3 team pick first?

Team A is 0-2 with a 65.2 average
Team B is 0-3 with a 68.5 average
