This is a tough group to peg, and most have them grouped very closely together sometime in round 4 or 5. They all have flaws and question marks, but who has the most upside?

Deuce - RBBC. Great offense, but how many more carries will he lose to Bush this year? Was last year a best case scenario that won't be repeated?

Lewis - Unquestioned starter, but on a new team, shaky o-line, maybe shakier QB, may abandon run playing from behind. Will defenses stack the box and try to make Frye/Anderson/Quinn beat them?

Green - Unquestioned starter, also new team, also very shaky o-line, unproven QB, also playing from behind a lot.

C Taylor - RBBC. Great o-line, but how long does it take AP to take over the majority of the carries?

I can't believe I'm saying this but in non-PPRs I lean to Lewis. He won't do much in CLE, but should at least eke out 1000 yds and a handful of TDs. Last year was Green's last hurrah and now he's on an O with a pathetic OL - he won't do much and it's a question of time (probably not much) till he gets hurt.

McAllister and Taylor decline because of RBBCs and stud RBs on the rise. Both will be lucky to crack 1000, but McAllister has a much better shot IMO. Course if Peterson gets hurt, Taylor could surprise and be right back where he started...

Houston may have had a pathetic pass protecting O Line, why is everyone saying their run blocking was just as bad? It wasn't.

Good point.I still trust Green as far as I can toss him.
I'm not sure why.....going back 7 years his finish's have been 5th, 3rd, 13th, 2nd, 13th, 70th (injured) and 15th. Over the last few years those #'s have been on bad Packer teams with average lines at best. Yes Green is older but he's got a HC in Kubiak that wants to run the ball and an OC in Sherman who knows Green well and sought him out in FA. He's a good receiver and Houston has a track record of throwing to their backs and has little competition for carries. His ADP is RB27 in the early/mid 4th round. I see a lot to like at his price.

Well seeing as how Deuce McAllister is the best running back on the list as well as the best running back on his team it's easy for me to expect the most out of him this season.

 Saints O is good enough to field two effective RB2s. Deuce will probably get about 1k more yards and same TDs.

Perhaps, but I'll still take the guy who's going to get the majority of the touches everytime myself and Houston's RBs put up pretty good numbers last year behind that offensive line.

I think Ahman Green catches 50-60 balls this season for about 450 yards. Couple that with say 1050 rushing and 7-11 touchdowns and he's a solid guy. The thing about Green is that he's one of the most polished running backs I've ever seen. He does everything so well. If he were to regain the burst from a few years ago after having another offseason to heal that quad, he could put up numbers similar to the 03-04 years of Domanick Williams (Davis).

I voted for Deuce, although I expect his numbers to decline a bit as they feed Bush more touches.

The rest of the choices just don't inspire me at all.
