Which Week 1 Busts Stay in Your Lineup This Week? (1 Viewer)

For me, it's M Turner. I think I may even start Spiller in one league this week. Anyone over reacting and benching Schaub? How about Celek? DeS Jackson? Crabtree.... there are a ton of players who laid eggs in week one. Whcih ones do you like to have a bounce back week? Mathews going to your bench? S Greene?

I'll list my "bounce back players" tomorrow (Saturday) for some players who might deserve some debating IMO.

Jason Witten, cautiously. Hopefully the return of Colombo and Kosier for considerable time frees Witten up a little as a receiver.

:scared:

Ray Rice and DeSean Jackson for me.

They stay in, no matter what. Anyone know where I can find a Willis McGahee voodoo doll? :scared:

Why all the MSW love? Garrard didn't do very well on the road last year (so obviously MSW suffered because of that).
Garrard had a good game last week, I'm hoping teams will have to pay more attention to the other targets, since focusing on MSW didn't win the game for Denver. I also like the matchup against the Chargers. I also don't put much weight on that he played poorly in away games last year. I haven't seen analysis for or against it, but I don't think there will be a high correlation between how a player or team performs in away games from year to year.

Can't understand MSW zealots here - if you look at his numbers from the middle of last season they are not that good. He'd be sitting on my bench - or traded....jmho

Obviously Ray Rice.

But I have to bail on MSW. Looking at last years sporadic numbers, I can't trust him until he earns it.

I thank most folks that are starting MSW have him as a WR3 or WR2, at best. At that position, he's probably not a bad play and has more potential upside than the other options at that position. Myself, I am trying to decide between him, Knox or Shaincoe. I am not sure what I will do yet, but I am giving MSW hard consideration. As was said I watched the JAX game last week and Garrard threw the ball well, down and all over the field. Even if you don't like MSW, you have to admit he is the most talented WR on the JAX roster. Without Champ Bailey in the picture, it only makes sense that MSW should start to get some of the looks that went to others last week.

Week 1: Not total busts, but...

ADP = 9 points

DWill = 6 points

R Moss = 5 points

Their all Studs & Starting again for me :thumbup:

Watson------> Very deep league and ww pickings are slim

Yes, I did lose. His A. Foster almost beat my team on his own!

My team was an absolute :tfp:

Luckily there was plaenty of :ptts: to help with the sting!

week 1 lineup fell far below expectations and I will hope they bounce back as I don't want to play, Orton, Charles, Bowe or Gaffney

QB Rodgers

RB ADP and MJD

WR, Fitz, Miles and Calvin

TE Finley

All of my receivers: Moss, Finley, and Crabtree. At least one TD per week from the group isn't much to ask for.

I had a few disappoints spread over several leagues. Other then injuries, my lineups will stay as I intended when I drafted them. Can't make roster adjustments based on one week. Last weeks points don't count this week and I'll want to see more of a trend before making changes.

Besides, I went undefeated in week one. :unsure:

I'm going to throw Spiller back out again. This is a league where I am extremely weak at RB and I'm also playing the guy who almost set the all-time league high score last week, so Clinton Portis aint gonna cut it, I need to swing for the fences.

Turner, Gore, maybe TO. I didn't start Evans last week, but might this week on a hunch. Same for Spiller. Might gamble on getting the big play from those two.

On the fence about Crabtree. If Singeltary is still annoyed with him, does he see fewer snaps, or does he respond? Also thinking about D Hester... could be that week he goes off after being double teamed last week.

Frank Gore - no brainer.

Percy Harvin - was a no brainer, but now having difficulty deciding if I should yank him.....you know, limited practice time & slight injury....probably keeping him in unless he is a game time scratch. Glued to the news tomorrow morning.
