Other than the Jets and Eagles, who else has a corner you would hesitate to
start your wide receiver against?

Only 13 players were targeted by opposing quarterbacks more often, but few were more successful.According to game-charting data by STATS LLC, Routt allowed just 39.4 percent of those passes to be completed. That was the lowest in the league of any player targeted at least 60 times and was comparable to the numbers put up by his more heralded teammate, Asomugha (39.4 percent), and New York Jets star Darrelle Revis (33.9 percent).
He had 5 PD's against Cincy in week 1. Can't read too much into week 2 since Collins is so awful. Good test this week if Marshall plays.I've been reading a LOT about Cleveland's Joe Haden lately. Guys been getting called the "next" shutdown...
This was mentioned. Marshall won't be effected by him too much as he moves round. Supposedly Haden plays one side and stays there. He had 5 PD's against Cincy in week 1. Can't read too much into week 2 since Collins is so awful. Good test this week if Marshall plays.I've been reading a LOT about Cleveland's Joe Haden lately. And he's keeping it up this season:Based on last season...

Routt's 'burn rate' No. 1 by Paul Gutierrez ALAMEDA -- It's a small sample size, obviously, but Stanford Routt seems to be adapting well to the role of No. 1 cornerback on the Raiders.Through two games, Routt has given up four receptions on the 14 passes thrown his way for a 28.6 percent "burn rate," which is the lowest completion percentage in the NFL among any defender targeted at least 10 times, according to Stats Inc.A meaningless stat in that premier cover corners are rarely targeted, let alone five times per game? Fine, but Routt's rate is better than that of either the Philadelphia Eagles' Nnamdi Asomugha (three-of-six, 50 percent) or the New York Jets' Darrelle Revis (three-of-nine, 33.3 percent).
This is what I came to post. Seems like everything I've read the past few weeks on Cleveland's matchups at multiple sources have said he is fast appraoching "shutdown" status.I've been reading a LOT about Cleveland's Joe Haden lately. Guys been getting called the "next" shutdown...
I would not start Roddy against Revis if I had an 8 pt/game option, which most teams will.Depends on the WR. I would never bench my Tier 1 guys (AJ, Calvin, Roddy, Fitz)No one beyond them is matchup proof IMO.
