LJ number 2?Here's mine:1 - LT2 - LJ3 - Parker4 - Addai5 - Westbrook6 - AP7 - Gore8 - Alexander9 - McGahee10 - BushClose: R.Brown, Portis, James
Gore's schedule gets alot better after the bye. He should be on this list imhoGore should not be on this list, the San Francisco offense is horrible.
LOL, with the exception of ADP and the notable absence of SJax this list looks pretty much exactly like most preseason top 10 lists.Here's mine:1 - LT2 - LJ3 - Parker4 - Addai5 - Westbrook6 - AP7 - Gore8 - Alexander9 - McGahee10 - BushClose: R.Brown, Portis, James
This looks good to me, although I'd reorder to this:LTAddaiADPFWPRonnie BWestyLJ (has good chance to move up list)McGaheeEdgeGore...and I'd say MB3 and Jacobs have the best shots to crack it1. LT2. Addai3. Ronnie4. Westbrook5. Peterson6. Edge7. FWP8. Gore9. LJ10.McGaheeclose: MB3, Jones-Drew, Lynch
Did the Bears not "key on" Peterson? Nor the Falcons, Lions, Chiefs and Packers before them? Look, your point was also a concern of mine. But running behind the left side of that line, he will get his even though Jackson is absolutely horrible. Talent wins out in the end.Adrian Peterson - The guy is a flat out stud and can do it all. The only reason he's not #1 for the rest of the season is because defenses will start keying in on him even more, and until Tavarias Jackson proved he can make them respect the pass, Peterson's production could get a little more sporadic.
He could beat itHenry...if he wasnt going to be suspended.
Id love to believe this but Im just not seeing itPortis is going to end up somewhere close.

In one league I have 3 of these guys (LJ, ADP, MJD)In another I have none (SJax, A. Green & Portis)#10 - Frank Gore - San Francisco's offense is DOA, but an easy schedule the rest of the way helps him which includes St. Louis, Arizona, Atlanta, New Orleans, Cincinnati, and Cleveland#9 - Reggie Bush - He's getting all the touches now, and whether or not the Saints turn it around record-wise, they're still eventually going to start scoring point. Two games against Atlanta, as well as games against San Fran, Arizona, and Philadelphia helps. #8 - Ronnie Brown - He's the top back now, and Lemon looking good helps, but two games against New England, and games against Pittsburgh, the Giants, and Baltimore may cut his production back a little#7 - Joseph Addai - If he's healthy, he's money in that offense. Manning isn't really throwing those one yard TD passes anymore which means more scoring opportunities for Addai. #6 - Maurice Jones-Drew - He was non-existent before two weeks ago, but Jacksonville seems to be working him more into the offense, and Jones-Drew is finally getting his big play bursts back. Add to that, two games with the Colts, who he ravaged last year, as well as New Orleans, Buffalo, Oakland, and Houston (who he dominated today) left on the schedule and he's a likely candidate to continue his breakout. #5 - Brian Westbrook - Westbrook's man drawback has always been his health, but the entire Philadelphia offense runs through him. Add to that, that McNabb is starting to look a little more settled and he could be primed to rack up a lot of total yards. #4 - Larry Johnson - He started slow, but he's coming around as well. In this case, two with Denver, one with Indianapolis, one with Oakland, one with Detroit, and one with the Jets should boost his production and some of the LJ of seasons' past should re-emerge. #3 - Adrian Peterson - The guy is a flat out stud and can do it all. The only reason he's not #1 for the rest of the season is because defenses will start keying in on him even more, and until Tavarias Jackson proved he can make them respect the pass, Peterson's production could get a little more sporadic. #2 - Willie Parker - FWP has a knock over schedule the rest of the way and is running as strong as ever. Two with Cincy, one with Cleveland, the Jets, Miami, and St.Louis fixes to make him a force the rest of the way. #1 - LaDanian Tomlinson - He's baaaaaaaack...and so are the Chargers. Whether they go anywhere, remains to be seen, but they should finish out the rest of the season strong. A much easier second half schedule should help.
Yup...wish Portis could end up top 10, but I don't see it either. He's a RB2 as far as I'm concerned, which is o.k for me cuz I have Addai as well....Clinton just is not getting love i the redzoneId love to believe this but Im just not seeing itPortis is going to end up somewhere close.As much as I like Portis, I just don't see any way that he sniffs the top 10.
Chicago?GB?KC?are you kidding me?Lotsa hype around ADP. Let's see how he does against Dallas next week before he not only cracks the top 10 but tops it. Between finally facing a good run defense, likely playing from behind, and the injury risk of facing a high flying aggressive defense with an upright rushing style I see a letdown game for ADP. Great player sure but his schedule so far hasn't been the hardest to date.
Barber had 8 carries for 47 yds, JJ 6 carries for 51. Barber had more touches but it still looks pretty close for now at least.Not a Marion Barber owner, but I think he could make the list. Romo making some bad decisions lately, Barber looking great, and JJ pulling into more of a support role, at least as far as I can see.
Good call, and I could be way off, but wasn't it Barber early and Jones late when the game was out of hand? JJ looked like more of a kill the clock guy. Again, could be wrong.Barber had 8 carries for 47 yds, JJ 6 carries for 51. Barber had more touches but it still looks pretty close for now at least.Not a Marion Barber owner, but I think he could make the list. How can you possibly have SA in this list????Rounders said:Here's mine:1 - LT2 - LJ3 - Parker4 - Addai5 - Westbrook6 - AP7 - Gore8 - Alexander9 - McGahee10 - BushClose: R.Brown, Portis, James
Im gonna throw a sleeper top 10 RB out there:
Jamal Lewis- Cleveland seems to be a top offense, they have some great passing weapons so defenses wont be able to stack the box, and they have a good Oline. Plus look at this schedule:
Bye
@STL
SEA
@PIT
@BAL
HOU
@ARI
@NYJ
BUF

A small part of me thinks Im gonna be playing more matchups between Portis and my RB3 (Lewis)Id love to believe this but Im just not seeing itPortis is going to end up somewhere close.As much as I like Portis, I just don't see any way that he sniffs the top 10.
