I'm also excluding some guys like B. Marshall, Bowe, D. Williams, Crayton, etc. that were highly likely to be owned already in most 12-team leagues and larger.
A few of the top choices I think are there:
Toomer - lots of targets, but will potentially losing Eli affect his value at all in the short term
Northcutt - again, high targets, should have converted more of those. Will those targets continue or will one of the other JAX receivers step up
Burleson - With Hackett out a while, it sounds like he'll have the opportunity
Carter - Looked like more than just a deep threat Sunday. Does he have a good chance of holding Colbert and Jarrett off to secure the #2 job?
I think Randle El should be avoided. Running team. Moss and Cooley will get more looks and Randle El should regress back to what we would expect.
McDonald got a lot of targets too, but as a WR4 on that team, I doubt he'll be consistent, even for a pass first team.
A few to keep an eye on I think:
Robinson - I think he looks like he could become the #1 down the line a bit, maybe sooner than later, but Joey stinks, and he spread the ball around quite a bit.
Hurd - He'll likely pick up the deep routes with the loss of Glenn, but Crayton will likely be the #2. Still, he could have some value if they try to employ some sort of #2 by commitee, or if they continue to get into shootouts like this.

Battle may end up being the most targeted receiver in SF for several weeks. Obviously Jackson will receive the most attention at first, but Battle is showing that his QB trusts him.I also think Demetrius Williams may not be owned in all that many leagues. He got a lot of targets, including two end zone targets. That speaks volumes.
