After thinking about it for the last day for me its Terrell Owens if I can get him in round 7 or later.

15 yards per catch last year even while on the Bills, will see a lot of 1 on 1 coverage, has only missed 1 game in the last 4 years.

I see his stats as 70/1050/10.

His ADP has skyrocketed the past 2 weeks. I think it goes even higher as we see him in preseason.

I was able to snag Welker & TO back to back as my WR3/4.

I'm targeting Jeremy Maclin in the 8th round. He's fallen to me in a couple of drafts thus far. I really think he is poised to step up in year 2... 1000/10 possible.

Im gonna take Knox and reach for him if I have to. Whats his ADP?
Looks like 8.03
cool ill happily grab him in the 6th
I snagged Knox at 10.12 in a draft a couple nights ago. There is certainly a lot of hype and anticipation for the Martz offense this year, but no one is really sure who to target yet. If Knox shines in the preseason, you may have to move on him as early as the 6th - in the Garcon/Breaston/Bowe/MSW tier.

I think knox is extremely risky in the same way the floyd is risky.

They could be top 20 at the end of the year. Or they could be relegated to the 3rd or 4th WR on their team by the first regular season game if someone else steps up.

Owens - Maclin - Knox - Moss - Harvin - Nicks - Floyd - EvansDepends on who my first two are
I think the people who think "Owens is done" are really sleeping this year. Why is he done? I think what he did last year in Buffalo is pretty remarkable. His stats over the last few years are nothing but consistent. And if he has a QB that can consistently get him the ball (and I think he does) then you are looking at a consistent player with a high floor for a WR3.And I think he'll be better than Ochocinco this year in fantasy.

Floyd for me. He had 45 for 776 last year with a 17.2 average. I would have liked a few more TDs but Rivers looked to VJAX and Gates for a lot of those. With no VJAX I see Floyd taking some of those TDs. Rivers must be comfortable with him or he would not have had the production he did last year.

Are you at all worried that Floyd will be shut down by the best opposing CB?I think that one of the other WRs will emerge. I am not impressed with Floyd from what I have seen.

Knox is absolutely a high risk/reward player right now, as the Bears' WR position is so unsettled. Picking Knox in the 6th now is crazy, as you'd undoubtedly be passing up several more established receivers. But he's a very promising 9th/10th round gamble.I don't think Floyd is quite as risky though - he appears to be San Diego's WR1 by default. Barring a trade, I don't think the other WR options in camp are good enough to keep Floyd from playing a significant role in the SD offense this year.

I think Floyd is too big and talented to be shut down completely, unless every team's #2CB is horrible compared to the #1CB. His average was stellar so unless all teams have crappy #2CBs I don't buy it. Plus I see Gates drawing a lot of double coverage.

Curious, what is your projection for him this year?

These are Terrell Owens fantasy stats since for the past 4 years according to profootballreference.

Speaking of the Chargers' WR corps, I don't understand why SD didn't make a play for Terrell Owens. If VJax really wasn't in their plans (as they've been telling the media), did they really think that they were set at WR? Floyd and Naanee are talented and certainly could step up, but they don't have much else in the stable. Assuming Jackson is out, I have to believe they'll be combing the wire or looking to make a WR trade before the season starts. TO could've been a nice fit there.

I agree. I'm not sure why he didn't sign somewhere unless he had ridiculous demands.I have not read even 1 report saying that he has lost a step. If they are out there then I would love to read them.I have actually heard that he has been looking like his uber studly self.

Highly unlikely that another WR will emerge. Naanee just isn't a pure WR and has trouble running precise routes. He's a good X factor but will not significantly cut into Floyd's production. Buster Davis and Josh Reed will be fine and contribute here and there, but, make no mistake, Floyd is clearly the guy at WR with Jackson out. I don't know why people say they have't been impressed with him -- many Chargers fans think he's just as talented as Jackson. They have a similar skill set and my guess is that AJ believes Jackson is more of a product of the system and that there won't be a huge downgrade to Floyd. He's a great leaper and goes after the ball. Rivers is comfortable with him and he's having a great camp. I think you're overlooking him.Look at WR's over the last couple of years who have emerged in a big way: Austin, Rice, V.Jackson, Steve Smith, DeSean Jackson, Jennings, Breaston, etc. What do they have in common? They played on good offenses with a very capable QB throwing them the ball. Floyd is in an amazing situation -- stellar QB, great offense, minimal competition -- it really couldn't be much better. Unless you really think he's that untalented, I'd give him a more serious look.

For me it is Owens - Maclin - Knox - Nicks - Floyd- M. Wallace, depends how the draft flows. Of this group I like Nicks the best. Think he will do really well this year.

maclin-nicks-williams tb. the way some guys are going after maclin and nicks, especially in mid-high number keeper leagues ill probably only end up with williams but im fine with that.

I've been able to, and I've seen others as well, get Chad Johnson in rnd 5 as a WR3 after going RB,WR,RB,WR.... I'll take that all day.

From the 6 spot in a 12 teamer I grabbed Hines Ward in the 5th round and was pretty happy about it.

Could have grabbed Wallace, Bowe, Harvin, or S Moss. It was mostly between Bowe and Harvin but I went the safe route.

For those of you wanting Nicks as your WR3...are you aware his ADP is 4.13? Unless you go with 2 Wrs in the first 3 rounds you aren't getting him as your WR3. And taking 3 WRs in the first 4 rounds will leave you extrememly vulnerable at RB and QB, IMO.

Might want to rethink your rethinking...
Legedu Naanee caught Philip Rivers' only touchdown, a 28-yarder, in Saturday's preseason opener.

Malcom Floyd was supposed to be Rivers' favorite down-field target with Vincent Jackson absent, but Naanee was targeted three times on Rivers' three drives. Buster Davis, expected to push Naanee for the early-season No. 2 job, left with yet another injury -- this time a hip pointer.
