Who is the Best handcuff? (1 Viewer)

Seems like nobody has really seized the job as Jahvid Best's handcuff, although it was presumed to be Harrison. If Best went down, would it still be Harrison who'd be in line for 15 touches? Hasn't been too impressive so far. Seems like Keiland Williams might get the goal line carries.

I've been quietly rostering Keiland and all of my deep-roster and dynasty leagues. He was a scratch in week 1 because he came to the Lions so late, but had 9 carries and a score in a week 2 blowout. He's only averaging 2.5 yds a carry right now and isn't at all involved. But Williams strikes me as the Lions best bet as a between-the-tackles option if Best missed any time.

The upside is by season's end he's serving as the short-yardage/goal line guy they thought they drafted in Leshoure. Truth be told, I think the Lions would probably just pass even more than they already do though without Best.

I am not even bothering with one. I feel like is Best goes out, my best option would be a player on another team. For me, I would have Felix Jones, Daniel Thomas, or McCluster.

Depends on your team, but right now only in the deepest league. But there are circumstances where it makes sense.
