Who should I target in my keeper league draft? (1 Viewer)

14 team H2H CBS keep 6, 0.5 PPR. $300 salary cap.

I'm keeping 6 expensive players and only have $88 to play with in the draft.

My Keepers:

Odell Beckham ($97)
Le’veon Bell ($56)
Melvin Gordon ($20)
Jameis Winston ($15)
Michael Crabtree ($14)
Tyler Eifert ($10)

I'm thinking about targeting two players (RB or WR) in the $30-$40 range, and then going cheap to fill out the last 7 spots on my roster (including DST and K). Most other teams have double my available $ so the top 5 guys are almost definitely out of my range. Here's the list of the top available players at each position. WHO SHOULD I TARGET CONSIDERING MY LIMITED FUNDS??

QB: Wilson, Luck, Rivers, Taylor, Stafford, Dalton, Carr, Palmer, Manning, Bortles, Wentz, Bradford, Cutler

RB: McCaffrey, Gurley, Ingram, Cook, Miller, Fournette, Mixon, Hunt, Montgomery, Lynch, Woodhead, Gillislee, West

WR: Julio, Cooper, Dez, Fitz, Demariyus, Tate, Snead, Landry, Arob, Martavis, Marshall, Garcon, Britt, Hogan, Maclin, Corey Davis

TE: Gronk, Reed, Ertz, Ebron, Cook, Walker, Fleener, Witten, Hooper, Gates

I wouldn't target anybody specifically.  I would give myself a budget and bid up to that budget on those players and look to get value deals.  Obviously you aren't going to be able to get the upper echelon guys unless something strange happens but I would be ready to find value anywhere. 

I wouldn't spend on QB as there should be value in one of those guys.  The key for you will be patience and be ready to pounce when value hits.  I wouldn't be sold on needing to spend $30-$40 on one or two guys.  I would look for value and if that happens to be for a guy that you spend $35 on then great.  But don't force it.

Thanks for the feedback Gally. I plan on ignoring backup QB, K, and DST and picking up cheap options at the end of the draft. The majority of my funds will go towards WR/RB.

Anyone else care to chime in? Happy to return the favor.

Agree with that. Though I think you need the most help at WR.

Given that it's keeper I would only target a couple of the players you listed, Hooper, Davis, and one of the rookie RB's- Hunt, Cook, McCaffrey, Fournette or Mixon but wait til 3 of them are gone.
