I would pick up Herbert and drop either Pacheco or Mattison. I would lean Pacheco because KC is not really giving him much of an opportunity and I don't know why that would change. The reason to drop Mattison is that he is a pure handcuff and even when Cook is injured Mattison hasn't flourished as expected. Keep Pacheco if you want the lottery ticket. Keep Mattison is you want a higher floor.
