Who to drop? (1 Viewer)

I'm a fantasy football guy but I'm in a Yahoo fantasy baseball league this year. I could use some help!

Lance Berkman is off the DL so I need to make room for him. I'd also like to pick up Brad Lidge before he comes off the DL.

Here is my roster. Which two should I drop? (Or should I leave it alone?)

Sorry, should have said. Yep, it's a 7x7 league with holds (in which I'm leading the league).

Haven't paid much attention but I wouldn't rule out dropping Lowe instead of Kawakami. My daily readings haven't commented much on either, neither are on my teams, and in my leagues in which they're roster worthy I missed them so I haven't kept tabs but Kawakami has more upside whereas we know what Lowe is and I think he's about to get worse.
