Who will be the WR to pickup after week 1? (1 Viewer)

People must play in some really shallow leagues. How can Gibson and MSW be on waiver wires?
FYI, Gibson is owned in 16% of CBS leagues and started in 0%. A great value pick IMO.
I play in a very deep league - 10 teams, 20 man rosters - consisting of very astute owners, and no one drafted Gibson. Of course, we drafted three weeks ago, so one or two weeks later, and he would have been on someone's roster.
This is considered a "very deep league"?
The average non-dynasty 12-team league has 14-16 roster spots per team, which means that 168-192 players get drafted. So yes, I would say that a league with 200 players is "very deep".
Our leagues are 12x16 and 14x16. the 14 teamer goes deep in WR. both leagues go over 200+ players, I think the 12 teamer at 204 player is average not deep at allNow, Cobb will definitely be hi on the list, especially in leagues that award IKRTD and IPRTD. Briscoe maybe. Henderson will be a big target for the guppies

In my PPR league, I have Spiller as my flex right now, but I think I'm going to grab a WR flyer.

The guys that come to my head are the following:

Anthony Armstrong: Clicked with Grossman last year, over 190 yards, and a TD in each game against Giants last year

Brandon Gibson: Going against old team, starting for Rams, always kind of liked his talent, should be playing catch-up

Brian Robiskie: Had a good camp, playing against a bad Bengals team

Roscoe Parrish: Completely forgot about him! I started him one week last year, the week he got hurt. Anyone have any reports on how he did in camp? He was really starting to become a PPR asset, and with Lee Evans gone, Parrish could become an even bigger part of the offense. He didn't practice much with a hamstring injury, but if he plays like he did last year, I could definitely use him as a spot starter.

12 x 16 = 192If you think a league with 204 players drafted, without IDP, is average, I don't think you have a very good grasp on the average fantasy football league. 204 is deep.my leagues10x18 = 18012x16 = 19210x16 = 160

Braylon Edwards and Nate Burleson

I like these players, but I think the matchups will help provide a nice week 1.

I'm expecting Detroit to beat up on Tampa Bay and Seattle's looked terrible. Wouldn't be surprised if Detroit and San Francisco each score over 30. I think each of these guys can catch a td on 5 receptions and over 80 yards.
 Its going to take SF 3 weeks this year to score 30 points. Sorry Bob.I'll go with Josh Morgan as my week 1 ww pickup dude. No TDs, but yards.
It's going to take the SF OFFENSE 3 weeks to score 30 points. The defense should be good for 14 this week and 49ers win 27-3.

Andre brown
The Giants RB that was cut from the team?
OOf, two drafts last night, Andre ROBERTS
I know it was just one preseason game, but from what I saw of the Cardinals in the 3rd preseason game I think Doucet might get as much action as Roberts, they seem to have different skill sets and might be used situationally and/or complementary. So Doucet might be a guy who people will be interested in as a pick up, it's been hit or miss so far in the leagues I've drafted whether he's been rostered yet. Roberts got drafted in the early teens at the latest in every draft I've done so far.
