Who will out perform his ADP more with Peyton, McGahee or Decker? (1 Viewer)

newcomer, first post. I have been reading for quite some time, y'all have some excellent insight.

seems like Decker and McGahee's ADP is relatively close. everyone is already all over DThomas is why I excused him from this post.

Which guy will outperform his ADP more in a PPR league? Decker seems like a legitimate candidate due to the numbers hes put up with a so-so qb, we have all heard this. but remained inconsistent at times last year. Having Manning will also help McGahee's stock. I would say slight edge to Decker, seemed like Manning looked his way a good amount in the preseason, but my old school FF style wants to go with the RB. I'm stuck, thanks FBG!

Imo there is uncertainty in the receiving game pecking order. Decked could br the man, but so could Demaryius or Tamme. Therefore, Decker is more likely to outperform or underperform his ADP.

Welcome to the pool Mr. Anderson (just had a Matrix moment there).

I would say McGahee. Not because I expect his numbers rushing to be HUGE. I really think he benefited a ton last year when Tebow was in there, opening up one side or the other as a running lane because people were so keyed on Tebow. But, Peyton has always had free reign on his offenses and he can check out of one play and into another easily. Its not a commonly thrown around stat but, inside the 10 yard line, the old Colts under Manning were always one of the most likely teams to RUN the ball, usually as a result of a Manning check-out of a play. I know, it doesn't feel right but go back and look at the numbers. So for that reason, I think Willis could have a good number of rushing TDs and he appears entrenched as the primary ball carrier already. He is good with pass protection so as long as he is healthy, I would expect that to remain the same.

For the receivers, I DO think everyone benefits with Manning but I think the real dark horse in this is Tamme. The familiarity and the tendency for Manning to always use his TEs should make for a lot of targets so its not a case where I think any other player gets left out; just that the pie will be sliced in several pieces. For all perceptions that usually come with Manning, its never a case where he falls in love with one guy and targets them to death (like Cutler used to do with Marshall or something like Stafford to Calvin), its just that he threw so much and all his guy were reliable that they ended up with a ton of targets. In one year, both Wayne and Clark had 100 catches. That's just a highly efficient offense with tons of opportunity. I'm not sure denver will be THAT efficient but the division of targets should reflect what Manning is used to doing. As high as people are already hyping Decker and Thomas, I just don't see the result being a high favortism to any one WR.

I feel like Decker will not only outperform his ADP, but far outperform D. Thomas. Remember last year that DT was the benefactor of Tebow extending plays and DT running off route to the open spots. I see this year's offense as more precision and I don't see that in Thomas' game yet.

Decker.
